This charming private villa with a 1000 m² garden is located directly on the harbour of Portese, one of the most beautiful villages on the west coast of Lake Garda. It is close to many other towns such as Salò, San Felice, Desenzano, Sirmione, Gardone Riviera, Toscolano Maderno and others. The harbour hosts some elegant and picturesque restaurants and bars, and it is also possible to walk to the lake and go for a swim! In about 5 to 10 minutes by car you can reach Salò and San Felice, where you can find numerous other shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Our guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and the private garden. It is possible to park up to four cars in the garden. This charming private period villa is built on a plot of 1000 m². The garden is well maintained and boasts numerous flowers and olive trees. The property is completely fenced off. From the back garden, you enter the villa on the ground floor through an entrance hall that leads directly to a spacious living room with sofas and dining table. The living room is connected via a glass door to a large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. It is equipped with a table for 8 persons and two sun loungers. The entrance also leads to the separate, fully equipped kitchen and the sleeping area, where there are two double bedrooms and one complete twin bedroom (with shower). All the rooms on this floor have glass doors opening onto the terrace. On the ground floor is a large room with an imperial table and fireplace, which can be used for dining and barbecues. Also on this floor are two further double bedrooms and another full bathroom (with tub). The ground floor also has a laundry room with washing machine. ARRIVAL BY CAR OBLIGATORY: The villa is close to the centre of Portese and the port. The lake is about 5 minutes' walk from the house. The lack of public transport in the area makes it difficult to get around without a car, and you will also need to drive to visit all the other beautiful villages on Lake Garda.
