A wonderful relaxing vacation in beautiful settings.

The park like garden is wonderful with a great swimming pool. The apartment is lovely and the beds very comfortable. The lake and promenade is accessible directly from the garden through a gate. Garda town and restaurants are in walking distance. The host family is super helpful and friendly.

Exceptional

The apartment is a nice size and very comfortable, with a nice patio/ shaded seating area. The garden and pool are amazing - perfect for relaxing. The gate from the garden leads on to the oath along the lake and a short walk into the town.

Perfect location, huge garden area, private pool, but extremely noisy due to the Gardesana road

The whole property is just huge with hundreds of square meters of lawn and garden area, including a very nice pool with a view to lake Garda. And the best, it's only four apartments to rent. So basically, you're always for yourself. There's a door from the property directly to lake Garda so you can have a swim in the pool or in the lake at any time. For the pool, there's some "opening hours", i.e. kids should not be in from 13:00-15:00 which is kind of silent time. It's open from 10am and closes at 7pm. It's not monitored of course, but it's a guidance for the guests.

Two apartments are in a small separate villa at the end of the property. We had our apartment there (Elena). It could be just fantastic if you wouldn't have the crazily busy lake road just above. You have a nice garden area to sit outside in the evenings but it was sometimes impossible to have a conversation and to understand each's word. A pitfall was also that we had a plague of mosquitos or alike and sitting outside in the evenings was sometimes a nightmare (not only because of the road...). The two apartments which find itself in the basement of the owner's villa are facing the lake and you don't have the noise of the road (so, we will book there in the future).

Amazing place for relaxing stay

Absolutely everything was perfect. The owners are amazing people. The apartment itself its a amazing, very clean, modern, well equipped. The garden is breathtaking with Garda lake at door step. The best place I stayed at Garda lake. And they are really pet friendly

Es war wunderschön

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Apartment ist mit dem wichtigsten was man benötigt ausgestattet. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Das allerschönste war, dass wir einen direkten Zugang über das Grundstück an den Gardasee hatten. Besser geht es überhaupt nicht. Der Pool liegt herrlich im Grundstück eingebettet. Insgesamt hat es auf dem Anwesen 4 Appartements. Es gibt private Parkplätze. Man kann direkt vom Haus zu Fuß nach Garda laufen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.

Es hatte ab nachmittags schrecklich viele Moskitos. Mit Insektenspray kann man es einigermaßen aushalten. Das Haus liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. In der unteren Wohnung hört man den Verkehr nicht so laut. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, geht es gut.

tolle lage am see, schöne anlage mit pool, sauberes appartment, eher zu teuer

die lage direkt am see ist perfekt! nur: direkt dahinter führt die vielbefahrene strasse durch, die aber kaum stört. saubere anlage mit grossem park inkl pool. direkt davor strandpromenade (10 minuten zu fuss nach garda) mit seezugang. parkplatz innerhalb der anlage. der "umgang" mit der vermieterin war sowohl via booking.com, als auch direkt via whatsapp, sehr unkomliziert. am schluss wurde uns sogar die taxe erlassen!!! das appartment war sauber, aber schon etwas karg ausgestattet (wenig to-papier, keine tabs für spül- und waschmaschine, gebrauchte lappen in der küche). vorteil: klimaanlage. eine empfehlenswerte unterkunft, wenn auch das preis/leistungs-verhältnis für uns nicht stimmte, der aufenthalt war zu teuer!

Schöner Urlaub

Tolle Lage. Etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Garda und den See direkt vor der Tür. Sehr schöner Pool, mit einem großen Park, mit Olivenbäumen und herrlichen Blumen. Trotzdem hatten die Kinder mehr als ausreichend Platz zum spielen. Wir konnten super entspannen und uns erholen.

Wenn es was gibt was gestört hat, dann war es höchstens die stark befahrene Straße. Aber die Parkähnliche Anlage macht das wieder wett.

Wunderschön zentral gelegen

Die Lagedirekt am See mit diesem wunderschönen parkähnlichen Garten ist ein Traum. Es steht für einen PKW ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Leider ist es durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße die oberhalb des Hauses liegt sehr laut. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem was sich durch einen unangenehmen modrigen Geruch und Schimmelbildung im Badezimmer bemerkbar machte. Größe des Apartments ist ideal für zwei Personen.

Die Ferienwohnung war zentral und sehr sauber. Trotz des meist schlechten Wetters,hatten wir total schöne Tage.

Das einzige was Nachholbedarf hat sind einmal das quietschende Doppelbett und das Sofa, wo man nicht gut für den Rücken sitzen kann. Aber es gibt auch Stühle als Alternative …😉😃

Keine Weiterempfehlung - schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

- Schöner, großer, eingezäunter Garten mit direktem Seezugang. Hund konnte frei laufen. - Räume sind großzügig aufgeteilt - Es gibt eine Waschmaschine - Die Bettwäsche war sauber und frisch.

- Die Moskitonetze sind da, aber schließen nicht komplett. im September 23: Autan und Mückenschutz ist Pflicht. trotzdem sind wir komplett zerstochen. - Es gibt nur ein Set Handtücher pro Person & keine Badetücher - Das Bett hat unfassbar laut geknartscht - Die Couch im Wohnbereich ist dreckig und ausgesessen. darauf zu schlafen wäre wirklich eklig. - Die Straße ist laut und schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich für uns - Die Räume und Möbel sind „ok“ sauber gewesen, an der Decke hingen Spinnennester. - in der Küche gab es keine Lappen oä zum Reinigen - hier Nuss gekauft - Im Bad nur eine Rolle Klopapier - nehmt euch was mit! - Sehr Hoher Chlor Gehalt im Pool

Die Lage direkt am See. Der große Park/Garten

Es fehlten Geschirrtücher und Basisdinge wie Geschirrspülmittel usw. Zahnputzbecher. Ärgerlich und unangenehm waren Gäste die zu zweit mit drei großen Hunden dort wohnten. Drei große Hunde in einem kleinen Appartement geht gar nicht. Dann das ständige bellen der Hunde die zeitweilig frei durch die Anlage liefen.

Super Lage mit direktem Seezugang. Super gepflegter großer Garten, sehr schöner Pool mit Liegen. Toller Blick auf d en See auf einem super schönen Grundstück. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Modernes geräumiges und helles Appartement.

Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig. Keine Wein/Sektgläser, keine Eierbecher, kein Weinöffner. Zum Selbstverpflegen leider nicht komplett ausreichend. Keine Utensilien zum Wischen/Fegen/Saugen vorhanden. WLAN nicht immer da und zwischendurch mal nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche. Waschmaschine war defekt, lief aus. Keine deutschen TV Sender.
