The sitting area is on two levels (lounge and dining room) with romantic fireplace corner and comfortable sofas, overlooking the large porch in the shadow of the large fig tree with enchanting lake view and exclusive scenery on the neighboring Golf Bogliaco.
Well equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue.
The master bedroom is on the first floor with exposed beams and a stone bathroom overlooking the garden overlooking the lake.
The second double bedroom is on the ground floor with bathroom.
The third double bedroom is located in an independent annex with a private sitting room and a further 2 beds with a bathroom.
Large elegant entrance and parking suitable for any car, gate and garden lighting with remote control.
Wi fi, satellite TV, stereo available vs everywhere.
For lovers of cooking 100 meters from home you will find typical trattorias where you can taste the "Gardesani dishes" or grocery store.

If you are looking for a wonderful rustic but updated home for 8 adults in the beautiful Lago di Garda area, look no further. This home is perfect for your stay. The lake views are superb and the grounds are beautiful and safe behind a gated drive. The owner/host, Augusto is a fantastic host and knows the area well. The small villages near the home are walkable and have great restaurants and markets. The home is a wonderful base for touring the Veneto regions and the Garda lake area towns. For the Americans who choose this wonderful home- you will be comfortable and the home has all the devices and appliances you need except a dryer most homes do not have a dryer at this level. You also will need to supply all your own consumables like extra toilet paper, paper towels and cooking condiments ( salt, pepper spices coffee and filters) Other than these things the home has all the bedding I tenet, TV etc There is a whole home stereo system for music during dinner on the lovely patio.This is a 5 star home and location for those who want a classic Italian farm home experience by beautiful Lake Garda.

Perfect place to end our trip to Italy the property is spectacular , views unbelievable and our host Augusto was amazing , so helpful and attentive for all our needs I would highly recommend Augustos property

Wonderful view, totally fenced garden (for our dogs), clean and spacious house. Augusto, the landlord, is very friendly and courteous. We'd come back immediately.
