GREAT DESIGN NO AIRCO

The house was in an incredible location, really close to Gardasee. The interior was beautiful and nice to look at. The layout of the house was really well done so twelve people fit in the 4 rooms.

One major issue: NO AIR CONDITIONING and very bad pillows, this really had a bad effect on the total experience.

Der See und die Altstadt

Die Unterkunft... nett eingerichtet aber viele Gegenstände waren verschmutzt ( klebrig ), Spannbettlaken teilweise mit Flecken. Unter klimatisiert verstehen wir leider was anderes und nicht Standventilatoren die nur heiße Luft verteilen. Zu der Unterkunft gehört auch kein eigener Parkplatz. Ziemlich teuer dafür das man da nur übernachtet hat. In den Zimmern teilweise keine Kleiderschränke, aus diesem Grund musste die Kleidung im Koffer bleiben. Keine Grillmöglichkeit obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht und die 400m zum See sind wahrscheinlich Luftlinie.

Kultturellia lomailua tasokkaassa miljöössä Gardan rantamilla.

Majoituspaikka on todella viehättävä, vanhan kaupungin puolella oleva talo. Talo on sisustettu hyvällä maulla ja on ilo silmälle ja mielelle. Kaikki on puhdasta ja siistiä. Keittiössä on varusteet omalle kokkaamiselle. Ihan lähellä on tasokas ravintola, jossa ruokaillaan ulkona. Myös uimapaikalle on vain kävelymatka.Talon omistaja vastaa nopeasti jos kysyttävää on.

Vanhassa kaupungissa kadut ovat kapeita. Auton saa lastauksen ajaksi oven eteen, mutta sitten se on ajettava kauemmaksi kadunvarsipaikkaan.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war man benötigt ist auch im Haus! Sehr freundliches Personal! Umgebung ist auch sehr schön!

Stilvoll aber wenig praktikabel.

Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der unkomplizierte Check-In/Check-out.

Die Entfernungsangaben sind schlichtweg falsch! Es sind nicht 400m zum See. Eher ca. 800m (Garmin GPS) zum Jachthafen und zum nächsten Strand ca. 1,5km. Ist auch nicht weit aber mit Badegepäck, Kinder und 30 Grad wird es unangenehm. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und sehr dreckig! Die Klospühlung war defekt. Wir waren zu neunt wofür die Größe noch Ordnung war, aber mit 13 Personen und 2 Bädern und 4 Zimmern würde es schon sehr eng werden.
