Great place, holiday vibe, met our expectations.. had a fab time in Bardolino.

The location was perfect, minutes from the centre but a nice quiet street. Clean and spacious. Good shower.

Could have had some water in fridge as a welcome.

Great place central for every thing

Very central for every thing , good sized one bedroom apartment . Staff very helpful we got to drop our bags off early . And were great managing to arrange a taxi to the train station for us . Thank you it took the pressure off us .

In the heart of the city center but in a quite street, a few steps away from everything (shops, restaurants, lake, beaches). Parking available for free (included in the price) a few minutes away.

The mattress was a bit hard for me, but it’s my personal opinion 🙂

Good location otherwise very disappointed

No breakfast provided. However, no toaster or electric kettle. Had to boil on hob which made apartment warm

Some basics like salt or dishwasher tablets for example would have been nice to improve our use of the facilities. Arrived with a car and by virtue of the great location in a traffic restricted area there is a more complicated check-in/park process than usual.

. A wonderful and very special apartment, located at the center of Bardolino. It is totally worth it when you enter the apartment!

The only disadvantageous is that their office for collecting the key, the car parking and the apartment itself are in different locations, though close to one another (less than 5 minutes walk).

Expensive for what you get

Location in the old town is good, had two small balconies overlooking a pretty street. Walking distance to the supermarket (9 mins) and easy walking distance to the lake (3-4 mins). Good restaurant located just below! The staff were friendly and available when we needed them (including getting locked out of the apartment) and the office is located about a 1-2 minute walk from the apartments. Apartment was clean on arrival and the air conditioning works really well

Property definitely needs updating, it is very basic. Kitchen was clean and new enough. The bed is not comfortable (in fairness we didn’t try the sofa bed), the bathroom is dated and the shower needs to be replaced (lots of black mould/grime built up on the shower head and the whole thing is a very small shower unit), there were bulbs missing in the kitchen and bathroom which made things a bit gloomy, the fridge was turned off on arrival. There was a strange smell and not sure if this is the cleaning products used, but it didn’t go away for three days. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered questions when we had them, but information was not always volunteered. For example, we needed to request the address of the car park, call to ask for directions to the car park when we thought we must be lost (the underground car park is accessed via a car lift in the middle of a restaurant after driving through a pedestrianised area, none of which was spoken about beforehand). The apartment door automatically closes and this can be a little frustrating, as there is no way to get back in to the flat out of hours without calling the emergency number. Overall, the apartment was expensive for what you get. This was our first time at the lakes and perhaps the area could just be expensive but, having visited Verona and Florence in the same week and paying less per night for 4/5* hotels, we were unhappy at the quality for the price.

Very good location but improvements needed

Great central location! Was great we had access to a swimming pool. Balcony was a perfect extra, especially to dry towels and swim wear. In general, a good base for a holiday in Bardolino.

Check in process was confusing and stressful. Wi-fi was poor in apartment. All the benefits of staying at Mariposa could have been made available upfront, rather than leaving us to find out this information only upon asking - we had already hired bikes elsewhere by the time we found out that the bike service was discounted through apartments. Some of the kitchen appliances could have been updated, especially the espresso maker which was worse for wear. We would probably book elsewhere next time we visit.

Ein Apartment zweckmäßig für einen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Bardolino

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar in der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man die Stadt genießen und die Promenade am Gardasee entlang laufen. Gastronomie ist direkt vor der Tür, stört aber nicht die Ruhe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist etwas außerhalb in einem modernen Parkhaus und fußläufig in 3 min zu erreichen. Allerdings sollte dies bei der Buchung angefragt werden, Zum Be-und Entladen der Koffer ist das Parken an der Rezeption (ca. 100m entfernt) möglich.

Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht üppig ausgestattet. Es ist sehr nüchtern; es fehlt ein wenig die Liebe zum Detail; ein Wohlfühlmoment will so richtig nicht rüberspringen. Die Beleuchtung kalt, kein Teppich, kein Blümchen...keine Raumausstattung mit Herz...es ist eine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit für kleines Budget, dafür aber sehr zentral.

Die Lage ist gut!

Die Schlüsselübergabe im Corte, der Autoparkplatz weit entfernt, kein Aufzug, das Bild im Schlafzimmer fiel in der Nacht auf unsere Köpfe und bei der Reklamation wurde gesagt, das ist noch nie passiert!!! Zusatzkosten für Geschirrreinigung?! Abfall muss am Tresen abgelegt werden!

Top Lage, durchschnittliches Apartment, die schlechteste Gastgeberin die wir je hatten. Toller Service von Booking

Die Lage

Wir hatten für 5 Leute gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Apartment für 4. 4 Betten, 4 Esszimmer-Stühle, 4 mal Geschirr. Rückfragen dazu wurden mit einem möglichen Upgrade für „110 Euro pro Nacht zusätzlich“ beantwortet. Es sei doch unsere Schuld, dass wir dies über Booking so gebucht haben. Nach einer Beschwerde bei Booking gab es ein Gespäch mit der Chefin. Hier wurde ich über mein schlechtes Benehmen belehrt, dass ich mich an Booking direkt gewendet habe. Auf den Hinweis, dass ich 2 mal persönlich in der Rezeption war, wurde die angebotene Alternative nochmal erläutert. Ich habe auch gesagt, das unser Apartment das einzige ist, welches nicht fotografiert ist (das einzige ohne Balkon). Hier wurde ich dann belehrt, dass ich nicht den Job erklären müsse. Kurzum: die Sache liegt, nach super freundlicher Rücksprache mit Booking, beim Anwalt.

Ottima posizione

Appartamento centralissimo e comodo, anche un quattro, magari strettino per più di due notti ma ci si adatta. Comodo anche il servizio del posto auto gratuito appena fuori dal centro (forse 4 minuti a piedi). Personale disponibile e gentile.

Bilder irrefürend, kein Balkon geschweige denn Terrasse, etwas abgewohnt Fenster aus SZ Blick in schmutzigen Schacht, dortige Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen alt, desolat, schmutzig Hauswand gegenüber zum Greifen nahe WLAN kein Empfang - defekt in 2. Stock, zumindest in "Braunem" Apartment

Zona tranquilla. Appartamento spazioso. Aria condizionata. Bagno grande e finestrato con ottimo kit di cortesia. Letti molto comodi. Buona fornitura di pentole e stoviglie. Lavastoviglie e frigorifero capienti. Ottima connessione wi-fi.

Pulizia non perfetta (piano cottura elettrico sporco). Posizione scomoda per scaricare i bagagli. Posto auto a più di 10 minuti a piedi.

Top Lage top Personal Apartment ist in Ordnung

Liegt wirklich mitten in der Stadt man hat nur ein paar Meter zum See oder auch zu den Geschäften. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich.

Die Austattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Das Bett war leider etwas unbequem

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ort an einem wunderschönen See!

Wir konnten mit dem Auto direkt zur Agentur fahren, die mitten in der Altstadt gelegen ist. Dort gab es einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und wir erhielten die Schlüssel zu unserer Wohnung. Wir konnten das Gepäck ausladen, mussten dann mit dem Auto zur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt gelegenen Tiefgarage fahren und nach einem kurzen Fußweg wieder zurück zur Agentur. Von da aus ging es zum Apartment, das sehr zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig liegt und gut ausgestattet ist.

Es war alles perfekt!
