Schöne und moderne Einrichtung, sehr bequem und alles Equipment von Spülmaschinen taps bis zum Shampoo alles da. Perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr guter Service mit Anleitung wo was genau zu finden ist. ( Schlüsselloch, Garage, Eingang usw.).

Die Lage war sehr zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig

Die Parkplatz Situation, wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da, und mussten das Auto jedesmal zum parken weg fahren, um zu unserm zugewiesen Parkplatz zu gelangen. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus .

Property is lovely, very well equipped and in a quiet location but very close to the town. Was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed being there.

No outside signage and no instructions as to where to enter the building. You access it through a side gate and via a door around the back of the building but we weren’t entirely sure we had arrived at the right place. It was generally clean but a bit dusty in places and food crumbs were left on the dining table. Biggest disappointment were the agents. We messaged and tried to call (no answer) to check where we needed to enter the property. They just resent the link to the online guidebook (which we’d already looked at to try to answer our query). The day before leaving, we went to access the guidebook and could no longer open it. I WhatsApp’d the agents several times asking them to unlock it (including screen shots showing the issue). Again, the only response was to resend the link, which was infuriating as I still couldn’t open it. You cannot leave any rubbish in the property (or be fined) and the online guidebook is the only location for the information of what to do with it. As I had no response, I had to look up online where the nearest recycling centre is located and walk there with it. You also need to leave the local tourist tax “in the envelope provided” (no envelope left), and then send a photo showing the amount left. I received a WhatsApp message the day before check out to remind me, but no guide as to the amount. Checked the details on Booking.com and left the €1 per person per night as stated on there. We left the property between 9&10am (check out by 10am). The agents then messaged me as apparently the information on Booking.com is incorrect and it should be €2.50 per person per night. They were very responsive then! I had to rush to the cashpoint and back to the property (luggage in tow) to pay the rest, which was very stressful as we had a bus to catch to the airport. They did message after I’d withdrawn the cash to say I could pay the difference online but it was too late by then!

Parkplatz nicht mehr direkt bei Unterkunft. 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Wir wurden vorher nicht darüber informiert.
