La vicinanza al centro e come è attrezzato l’appartamento. Stefania è stata gentilisssima e molto accogliente.

Mancanza di parcheggio anche solo per il carico e lo scarico del barbaglio, ma essendo in pieno centro è da accettare. Vicino c’è un grande parcheggio a pagamento.

The only plus is the location right in the city centre. Both bed and sofa were comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Communication with the accommodation was absolutely terrible. Before our arrival, I requested a parking space through the Booking.com app. They asked for my car’s license plate number, and then I never heard anything else, so I assumed everything was arranged. The day before we arrived, they informed me that all parking spaces had already been assigned to other guests and that I would have to try my luck finding a space on my own. On the very first day, the air conditioner in the bedroom started leaking. They did arrange for a technician, but they didn’t tell us when he would arrive and left us alone with him at the apartment. As a result, we had to stay there for about two hours waiting for the repair to be completed because we couldn't leave him there unsupervised. There wasn’t even any dishwashing liquid or a sponge in the kitchen. They did bring these the next day, leaving them outside our door without saying a word, but it was disappointing that we had to ask for such basic items in the first place. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this accommodation. The stress and inconvenience simply weren’t worth it.
