The location is great Easy check in

I was there for 7 nights. The bad and pillows are not comfortable at all. You can’t control the heating. The water stream in the shower is very poor. There is no kettle in kitchen. There are only 4 coffee capsules. I was there for 7 night and not once does the staff called or checked if I’m enjoying my stay. Not my first time taking air bnb in Bardolino and it was def the last vfm I was. Also, the staff responses takes more then 24 hours and they are rude. There are better places to stay in Bardolino.

Highly recommended!

The appartment was lovely, new, comfort and modern. You can find there everything you need for your stay and relax (coffee included :) The position in the centre is more than convenient. I appreciate that you can arrive when you want, because there are boxes with keys for check-in, that is not common for Bardolino. For the next stay in Bardolino I will consider it again.

A pleasant apartment close to all amenities but could have benefitted by a little attention to detail.

The apartment was spacious and close to Bardolino centre, in a quiet street just off the busier parts of the town. There were two spacious balconies although one was unfurnished. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa bed. We had no contact with staff other than by text message but that was adequate in giving instructions about entry etc, although a little last minute. There was a printed sheet of information inside but only in Italian and German, not English. The air conditioning was very efficient.

Although the standard of decoration was good on the whole, the fixtures and fittings were a little worn and in some cases needed renewal. There was an open bin in the kitchen and the oven needed cleaning. The wardrobe was full of winter duvets etc in their covers leaving no room for our clothes. The outside furniture was in need of maintenance. The balcony door in the bedroom had no blind, only a thin curtain, making it very light early in the morning.

Nice big apartment with kitchen, big bed, sofa bed. On the boundary of the historical centre and walkable distance to everything you would ask for. The ferry, bus stop and all the restaurants are walkable. Good value for money.

Fabulous apartment in a great location.

Lovely spacious apartment in a fabulous location. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and Alex was a very welcoming, helpful host with good communication. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the lake, bars, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bus stop.

Preisleistung top, Super Lage gerne wieder.

Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, sehr großes Apartment, es war alles da was man braucht.

Dusche leider sehr klein, bin selber groß und breiter gebaut, da kann man sich kaum bewegen. Toilette sehr tief (niedrig), für Kinder gut für große Leute etwas lustig 😅

Bardolino ist eine Reise wert

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es gibt fußläufig die Möglichkeit Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Bei Bedarf ist Alex ein freundlicher, großartiger Ansprechpartner, der hilfreich zur Seite steht. Eine tolle Pizzeria ist in der Straße und sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren defekt, wurden aber nach Anfrage ausgetauscht. In der Küche fehlten mir kleine Schälchen. Mückennetze an den Fenstern wären auch sehr hilfreich um die lästigen Viecher fern zu halten.

Super lokalizacja, blisko centrum a jednocześnie spokojnie, w dodatku wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki (sklepy, restauracje, jezioro) i bardzo uprzejmy personel! Gorąco polecam!

Mógłby być większy stół w jadalni bo przy posiłku dla 3 osób było mało miejsca na stole ale to drobiazg ;-)

Sehr zentral gelegen, netter Service und schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Kühlschrank defekt, die Ausstattung ist extrem spärlich. Kaum Gläser/ Teller etc. Die Küche ist eigentlich nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet. Es war sehr staubig im Zimmer.

Schöne Wohnung für einen City Trip

Lage ist top. In 5 Minuten an der Marina. Alles wie beschrieben. Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. in der Küche vorhanden. Sauberkeit ok. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Geschirr für maximal 3 Personen. Ausstattung eher zweckmäßig als schön- aber das nur als Anmerkung.

Perfekte Lage , direkt am Zentrum aber dennoch ruhig. Super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Badezimmer ganz neu.

Lage top Parkplatz vor der Tür Schaut recht neu aus Besitzer sehr freundlich Bad sehr schön und groß

Ungemütlicher Essbereich. Es wirkt alles sehr lieblos zusammengestellt. Vor dem Haus war eine Baustelle. Jedes Mal, wenn ein Fahrzeug vorbeifuhr, musste es über eine eiserne Platte fahren. Das war so laut, dass du munter wurdest, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.

Het appartement is ruim, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er staat zelfs een ledikantje. De locatie is fantastisch, binnen 3 minuten sta je midden in het centrum van Bardolino. Echt een aanrader!

Zentral gelegenes und einfaches Apartment, ideal für Kurztrip

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top! Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, das war für uns richtig perfekt für ein paar Tage in Bardolino. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Unser Highlight war der Balkon für den ersten Kaffee morgens.

Für 4 Nächte war das Apartment top, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch nicht in dieser Wohnung empfehlen. Die gesamte Einrichtung hat eher günstig und wenig liebevoll und durchdacht gewirkt. Bei ständig wechselnden Feriengästen sind günstige Varianten schnell abgegriffen, durchgesessen etc. Und das hat man auch gemerkt: Die bunten Wände hatten deutliche Dellen und Kratzer und sind etwas hellhörig, die Eingangs-Tür klemmte, Dusche verstopft und verkalkt, bei der Nachtischlampe fehlte ein Adapter zum UBS-Kabel, sodass sie unbrauchbar war, unverlässliches Wlan... Zudem war der Gastgeber zwar persönlich super nett. Die Kommunikation, die vor allem die WhatsApp stattfand, hätte ich mir aber besser koordiniert gewünscht. Mehrmals hat er uns relevante Infos immer erst kurz vorher zukommen lassen, was für uns wirklich unpraktisch in der Planung unserer Tage war, weil wir für einen persönlichen Check In an der Unterkunft sein mussten, das Auto spontan für einen anderen Gast wegfahren mussten, den Parkplatz beim Check Out bar zahlen mussten und nichtmehr genug Bargeld mehr hatten etc. Alles einzeln kein Ding, nur war eben irgendwie jeden Tag was anderes, um das wir herumplanen mussten. Da hätte ich mir gleich beim Check In einmal gesammelt alle Infos gewünscht.

Schön, komfortabel, sehr nah am See, sehr gastfreundlich

Das Apartment ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was macht braucht. Snacks, Kaffee, Tee, alles war da. Alex ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, hat sich sehr freundlich und kompetent um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat genau nach den Informationen, welche wir bekommen haben, funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Wetter war recht schlecht und wir haben dann den Netflixaccount sehr genossen, super!

Die Wohnung ist recht ringhörig. Ein grösseren Besen um zu Wischen wäre von Vorteil.

Sehr zentrumsnah. In 2 Minuten am See, in 1 Minute in der Altstadt. Sehr gute Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Um die Ecke zwei kleine typische italienische Lebenmittelläden. Man bekommt dort alles. Frische Brötchen, Obst, Gemüse, Oliven, Mortadella, Käse …., alles was man braucht.

Geweldig! Als we nog eens naar Bardolino gaan dan boeken we zéker dit appartement

Totaal nieuw appartement. Erg leuk ingericht en niets wat ontbrak. Eigenaar is een super vriendelijke man en erg behulpzaam. Hij heeft meegeholpen met de koffers naar boven brengen. Mochten laatste dag langer gebruik maken vanwege een bezoek aan de apotheek vanwege een allergische reactie. Heeft ons heel goed geadviseerd en hiermee geholpen.

Urlaubsfeeling von der ersten Minute an..

Auf die Gefahr hin daß ich mir schade indem ich hier poste; es war der Hammer. Seit 46 Jahren immer wieder am See habe ich so eine angenehme Überraschung noch nicht erlebt. Unser Betreuer o Vermieter war jederzeit hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Trug sogar die Koffer mit hoch. Leider kein Fahrstuhl, deshalb habe ich oben bei Komfort nur mittel bewertet. Alles andere ist nicht zu toppen. Geräumige saubere und mit ALLEM ausgestattete Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt. Alles rund herum was man zum Leben braucht. (Alimentari bis EUROSPAR). Eine voll funktionsfähige große Küche mit Esszimmer. Bett über alle Maßen breit und mit super Matratze. TV mit Internet.Netflix,Amazon,Disney DAZN etc etc. WLAN. Kurzum; Betreuung bis Wohnqualität wie ich es so nicht für möglich gehalten hätte. Parken vorm Haus (Wird bei der Stadt gemeldet wegen Zufahrt). Besonders Lob für die Betreuung insgesamt. DANKE !!

Die perfekte Lage zur Stadt

Der Gastgeber Namens Alex war extrem bemüht. Die Lage nur wenige Meter in die City von Bardolino. Das Gebäude ist neu renoviert. Das Bett empfanden wir als gemütlich. Eine Flasche Wasser & Vino Rosso auf dem Zimmer - nette Geste.

Nützliche Hinweise aus eigener Erfahrung: Aktuell noch keine Kaffemaschine in der Küche Der Gastgeber war extrem bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und besorgte uns am Tag 2 eine Mocca-Kanne diese auf dem Induktionsherd leider nicht funktionierte. Je nach Mitbewohner im Haus kann es störend laut werden (Türen knallen und Laute Stimmen zu hören), das empfand ich als suboptimal. Wenn sich jemand nicht auskennt wird das kostenlose Parken mit dem Auto eine Herausforderung.

Ein sehr sauberes und sehr modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment – besonders hervorzuheben ist das Badezimmer! Super freundlicher Gastgeber!

Evtl. eine Ersatzdecke für die Schlafcouch bereitlegen. Ich habe allerdings damit gerechnet und hatte eine eigene Decke dabei. Die Couch ist erstaunlich bequem!

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und es ist fussläufig alles erreichbar! Der Besitzer hat alles neu ausgebaut und gestaltet. Zudem ist der Besitzer extrem freundlich und immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Wünschen! Er spricht extrem gut englisch und auch ein bisschen deutsch!
