Beautiful, newly renovated apartment. Laura is very kind and communicates perfectly even without English. In the morning you can hear the road a bit, but the fenced property is a big plus for children and pets.

Amazing property!

Everything was perfect! There's no better way to describe it. The host is so lovely and welcoming. The view is amazing and just a few minutes away from the beachfront of Bardolino. The apartment had all the facilities needed and was very clean. There is also space where to park cars. I recommend this place 100%.

Exceptional

We stayed at the top floor apartment. It was very clean, modern with a nice view of the lake from one of the bedrooms and a small garden. Very ideal for a family stay. There is parking space and security gate too. It is literally few minutes away from lake at Bardolino. We got a nice welcome and good off tourist zone recommendations for local restaurants from the hosts. Laura was a gem! We won't hesitate to go back again!

the location is great, 8-10 mins walk to Bardolino city center, 5 mins by car to Lazise and to Garda. It was very relaxing having breakfast in the garden

Wunderbare Unterkunft.

Gepflegtes Grundstück und Haus, sachdienliche Ausstattung der Wohnung. Gemütlicher kleiner Gartenbereich.

Die angrenzende Straße ist ziemlich laut und man muss sie benutzen um zu Fuß ins Ortszentrum zu gelangen. Es gibt keinen Fußgängerweg. Da kann die Wohnung und der Vermieter nichts für, aber das ist einzukalkulieren. Zur Lautstärke: Das Haus ist gut schallisoliert, innen nimmt man die Straße nicht mehr wahr.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft in einem schönen Ort

Das Haus liegt etwas Abseits des Trubels, trotzdem ist alles (Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bus) gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch. Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) haben das Wohnzimmer als drittes Schlafzimmer genutzt, alle hatten genug Platz. Gegessen und gesessen haben wir immer draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nur Kleinigkeiten: es gibt keinen Backofen, das Sofa-Bett ist nicht so bequem wie ein richtiges Bett und manchmal fahren laute Fahrzeuge auf der nahen Straße.

Wunderschöne Moderne Unterkunft

Laura hat uns sehr Herzlichen empfangen, sie war immer und bei allen Fragen da. Eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Die eigene Zufahrt mit Tor ist überragend. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, es lohnt sich. Zu Fuß ist man in 5min in der Stadt.

Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit Hund und Fahrrädern

Kurz um: Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt! Während der Anreise haben wir mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufgenommen und abgeklärt, wie die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen wird. Hat dann alles perfekt geklappt. Nur die Kommunikation ist nicht ganz so einfach, wenn man kein italienisch spricht. Die Vermieterin spricht nur wenig deutsch oder englisch. Aber man kann sich verständigen. Bei der Einfahrt zum Gebäude gibt es ein großes Tor, das mittels Fernbedienung geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann und ein kleines Tor zum durchgehen (auch verschlossen). Für uns war das super praktisch da zum einen die Fahrräder dann in einem abgesperrten Bereich sicher stehen und nicht für jeden zugänglich sind und zum anderen, weil wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen konnten am Gelände, da das Grundstück rundherum eingezäunt ist. Als wir das Appartment im ersten Stock bezogen haben, hat uns die Gastgeberin alles erklärt. Es gibt im Appartment alles was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Induktionsherd, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kartenspiele (Uno und Poker), etc. etc. Natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Nicht so eine typische die in einem Raum hängt sondern eine Klimaanlage die ohne große Geräusche oder Luftbewegungen das gesamte Appartment klimatisiert. Der Garten ist auch super. So wie ich das verstehe ist jedem der zwei Appartments ein Garten zugewiesen. Wir hatten den Garten im Bereich des Einfahrtstores, der Meiner Meinung nach etwas besser ist, als der zweite Garten, weil etwas mehr Platz ist. Im Garten gibt es einen Alutisch mit Stühlen, einen Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliegen und einen Griller der verwendet werden darf. Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht benötigt, da auch die Bäume angenehmen Schatten spenden. Auch ein Gartenschlauch (z.B. für eine kurze Abkühlung oder zum Reinigen von Fahrrädern, usw. ist vorhanden) Gleich in der Nähe vom Appartment ist eine Müllinsel. Das ist praktisch wenn sich mal etwas Müll im Appartment sammelt und man diesen Entsorgen will.
