An ideal setting for a memorable family holiday - easy to experience fantastic Lake Garda

We loved this small apartment complex. The building was attractive and full of character. Everything was well maintained with good amenities. The pool was regularly cleaned and a good temperature and a great size. The garden was pretty and well looked after and the two barbecues were an excellent option for some meals.

Nothing really. The exit on to the road is a bit sharp, with some passing cars going pretty fast, but not much can be done about that.

Perfect spot on your holiday in Lake Garda! This family owned Villa is taken care with big heart💗 Our appartment was so spottless clean that I dont even know how thats possible! Kitchen with everything you need, air conditioner, hairdryier, common laundry machine, common water machine. Walking distance from Montinelle, cute small town and also from the beach (2km). We also walked to near by winery for tasting. By car you can easily reach all the touristic attractions/villages.

When booking this, didnt notice that we dont have balcony, but there is plenty of common spaces in the yard where you can sit.

perfect for a family holiday near the lake

The apartment was perfect for us as a family. A great pool and good location ( we had a car) but 10 mins walk to lovely restaurants and the most amazing gelateria

We had a great time and especially liked the views and surroundings.

This place is lovely! Lovely gardens, nice view, nice pool. Close to the lake and to beaches. Wonderful host!!!

The beds were not very comfortable. And the kids complain about the wifi, especially indoors.

A very relaxing stay

We loved how peaceful the villa was. The other guests were very friendly and it was great to see that no one was putting towels on the sun loungers at 7am! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a week away. Paola was very helpful with any questions we had and was super quick at responding! She also let us leave our bags in the office when we checked out as our flight home was not until the evening. We enjoyed her recommendations especially Conti Thun for wine tasting (a very special treat at the end of our stay!)

Not the fault of the villa, and we didn’t mind as we were only there for a week, but we did find it was a bit difficult to get to other places outside of Manerba. Taxis seemed to be very limited when it came to booking local trips and we found we had to book them a day or two in advance. We were able to walk into town for dinner and there was a few restaurants/bars we enjoyed and we could also walk to a few different beaches for the lake so it was perfect for just switching off. However, it would have been good to have a car for next time to explore the different towns around the lake a bit more!

Superb

The apartment was clean and spacious, from the balcony we had a nice view to the old town and the villa has its own little swimming pool with enough space to sunbathe. Eventhough it was 30°C outside, we didn't need any air conditioning, due to the thick walls.

No WiFi in the apartment , and quite a few aggressive and very persistent mosquitos prevent you from fully enjoying your dinner outside.

Godt valg, men vælg et værelse som ikker oppe under taget.

Service fra personalet var super godt - top service 😀. Poolen var fin og i en god temperatur.

Vi valgt et værelse under taget. Det kan jeg ikke anbefale, da der ikke vinduer med udsigt eller terrasse eller balkon. Prisen er for høj i forhold til dette. AC virkede ikke, men personalet gjorde meget for at hjælpe. Parkeringspladsen kunne være større, det er svært at komme ind og ud.

דירה נקיה, מרווחת וגדולה, מרפסת יפה לנוף. מזגנים בכל חדר, שטחים ירוקים במתחם הוילה, בריכה יפה ונעימה, חניות צמודות במתחם ובחינם. פאולה המארחת זמינה, מסייעת בכל מה שצריך. ונחמדה מאוד. מיקום בצד המערבי, קרוב לעיירה סאלו. אנחנו נהננו מאוד. בעיקר נוח לשומרי כשרות, מטבח גדול ומאובזר.

צריך להוסיף תשלום על מגבות ומצעים ולא מעט. אין נקיון עד שיוצאים מהדירה. נייר טואלט לא מוסיפים אם סיימתם אותו. לנו פאולה הוסיפה גליל כי סיימנו ביום האחרון. זה קצת מוזר. יש הקפדה יתרה על שקיות המחזור וסוגי המחזור השונים.
