Amazing!!

I had an amazing weekend here with my friends!! The property location is great, the apartment was extremely clean and it had everything necessary (clean towels, small but very useful kitchen with all the necessary equipment) and the room was very warm! At first we had low expectations due to the very good(cheap price) but we were nicely surprised when we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Last minute our flight was delayed which meant we would be arriving later than the normal check in times, but the staff were incredibly helpful by by accommodating our later arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Everything, really. The property is absolutely beautiful and feels exceptional in every sense. It’s very spacious, with a real Italian countryside charm — full of character, lovely details, and little nooks and crannies that make it such a joy to stay in. The facilities are outstanding, the apartments are large, well equipped, and very well stocked with everything you might need. The staff were also extremely pleasant and welcoming. Overall, it’s a gorgeous place that feels thoughtfully designed and cared for.

The only minor point is that sound insulation between apartments could be better, as you can occasionally hear people moving around in nearby units. That said, it really didn’t detract from the experience at all.

Beautiful place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay - the grounds of the accomdation are lovely with plenty of amenities and things to do. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. The location is great - right next to the small town with a few bars and restaurants.

Spacious and comfortable agriturismo with lots of activities

It's a really nice location, the olive grove, the garden and the sports and play area are excellent. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. Excellent cleanliness. The breakfast was good, even if there could have been some variety.

It's a bit annoying having zero service for the room (e.g. cleaning, sheets, rubbish disposal etc.), even though I get the idea - it's an agriturismo. Also, the breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is, especially considering the coffee was from a vending machine.

Beautiful location! Staff was fantastic. We loved the little shop and came home with olive oil, vinegar and jam! We absolutely loved the area. I would stay for a full summer if I could!

The only downside was the beds were not comfortable. It was fine, but I wish they had new mattresses.

Lovely stay!

Very well kept gardens and outdoor facilities. Loved the pool, fotball, tennis -fields and playgrounds. Many outdoor seating areas and barbecues. Laundry facilities. Great area for running nearby! The staff were just so friendly and nice!

The apartment was a little small for 4people, the children beds were actually in the kitchen and right next to the garbage bins in the kitchen.

Perfect stay

Pastoral getaway with beautiful gardens, great breakfast for a decent price, very nice hosts, comfortable room (we were two in a studio apartment) for a great price, attractions like soccer, tennis and volleyball fields, bikes you can take for free to ride, everything was perfect

Great facilities and friendly staff

Very noisy, air con outside the bedroom was noisy and late night events where very noisy. One night the people staying opposite where parting in the courtyard to gone 2am.

Perfect place to stay to explore Lake Garda

Everything thing was clean and well kept. the apartment was spacious, clean and had the everything that was needed. The pool was tidy and good for children to play in as there was a shallower Childrens pool. The agroturismo dinner they had was very tasty. La Filanda is a perfect place to stay if one wants to explore Lake Garda.

Perfect! Italian atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay very much, though it was very short one. Everything was perfect. The kitchen has everything needed for the family. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is neat and light with a big window. The breakfast served was delicious. Next time we‘ll plan to stay longer.

A true gem and absolute insider tip

This historical, fittingly modernized, family heritage was a real gem and surprise. Located in the heart of a tiny pittoresque village on a hill above Lago di Garda, it offeres everything you could hope for in Italy: a sense of historicity and authenticity, beatiful vistas, nearby markets, restaurants, gelato, a lovingly kept local church building, ruins to visit and a national park. The anemneties in the building are exceptional, new, very comfortable and invite us to come back again!!!

One challange for us - but typically for Italian villages - were the tiny narrow roads exiting the premises. But that's just 3min of suspense and your back on normal sized roads. Parking however was surprisingly spacious and great 👍😃
