Delightful independent villa with private pool, close to the centre of Manerba del Garda, 500 metres from the Lake. The lake can be reached on foot. The spacious and bright villa is on three floors, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large window overlooking the pool, a sofa bed and a guest bathroom. The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with patio doors and a balcony, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a full bathroom with a large shower. In the basement there is a lounge with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The property is equipped with screens. The property is surrounded by a large private outdoor space furnished with a table, sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen and sofas located by the pool. Double garage. Air conditioning is available for a fee of €0.50/kWh. If not directly charged in the booking, the tourist tax (per guest) and a security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
