Comfortable stay, great host!

Thanks to Andrea who was such a lovely host, communication was easy and we had a lovely welcome with some local wines. The property was comfortable, clean and spacious and we particularly enjoyed having both a terrace and a balcony with lovely views and a great place to watch the sunset. The pool was clean and the area well kept and just a short walk to the lake with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Great place for families

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was new, clean and spacious. The pool was also nice and clean.

We could have used more kitchen utilities like a salad bowl.

Staff was helpful when needed, our toilet overflowed one night and they did everything they can In order to solve the issue and even upgraded us for a private villa for the night until the issue was resolved. Great place and would return on my next vacation

An excellent family holiday, very relaxing and interesting.

The location was excellent, we were within 5 minutes walking distance to the lake and the local restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The villa and surrounding areas were spotless. I would highly recommend this property. I would also recommend a visit to Sirmione which is only around 45 minutes away by car, the castle, town and ruins of a Roman villa were amazing. I would also recommend a visit to Monte Baldo, drive to Limone and get the ferry across and ascend in the cable-car.

I have nothing negative to say.

Comfortly, but we were very unlucky with our neighbors which did not allow us to sleep well

Very noisy neighbors were celebrating on one night till 4 am on one night and the other neighbours were celebrating as well the other night till 12 am. Manager was not available on the phone diring the night to complain him about it.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage in toller Lage!

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft in einer super Ferienanlage mit sehr nettem Vermieter! Alles war neu und sauber! Am Pool waren immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Der Gardasee ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Leider war am Pool abends schon ab 19 Uhr Ruhezeit. Bei schönem Wetter sehr schade. Vielleicht könnte die Poolzeit etwas verlängert werden, da viele Gäste abends eh länger auf ihren Terrassen saßen.

Es war im Haus alles was man braucht und sehr schön , dass man sofort durch sein Gärtchen zum Pool kam. Ein sehr gepflegtes Areal!

Im Bad könnten mehr Haken für Handtücher sein . Es ging aber auch so!

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool und gepflegte Anlage. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Zimmer und Betten waren eher klein. Es gab wenig Stauraum und keine bis wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten in den Bädern ( hier fehlen in jedem Fall Haken, um Handtücher aufzuhängen). Das dritte Zimmer ist für Erwachsene nicht geeignet.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Toller Pool, wundervoll angelegter Garten. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am See mit einem langen Strandabschnitt. Viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit.

Kein Bäcker in der Nähe. Dürftige Ausstattung der Küche: z.B. kein Salatbesteck, keine richtigen Kaffeetassen, keine große Salatschüssel. Die Gartenstühle waren ziemlich durchgesessen und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Leider war das dritte Schlafzimmer sehr klein und eines der Betten davon ungemütlich. Für unsere Kinder ging es, aber für größere Kinder eher ungeeignet.

Andrea was heel vriendelijk en we zijn goed onthaald. Mochten vroeger binnen dan afgesproken. Alles was ook proper en zeer gezellig gelegen

Erholung für jeden!

Neubau, saubere Poolanlage, kinderfreundlich und eine wohlfühlende Atmosphäre,nicht zuletzt weil die Anlage schön gepflegt und bepflanzt ist. Der große Parkplatz vor der Anlage war ebenfalls komfortabel. Wenn Fragen oder Wünsche aufkamen, konnte man immer zum Verwalter gehen, der eine Lösung hatte.

Wir hatten als Familie ein Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Schlafcouch. Die Schlafcouch war alles andere als bequem. Deshalb haben wir für das nächste Jahr die Hausvariante mit 3 Schlafzimmer gebucht.

Ein toller Urlaub in Manerba

Eine tolle Anlage mit schönen Häusern und Apartments, dennoch nicht zu groß und ein Highlight ist definitiv der Außenbereich mit Pool. Gastgeber Andrea war super freundlich und wenn es etwas gab, dann war er sofort zur Stelle und hat geholfen oder Tipps gegeben.

Eine kleine Bäckerei in unmittelbare Nähe wäre schön gewesen, war aber jetzt auch kein Problem!

Etwas hellhörig im Haus und die Zimmeraufteilung war für fünf Erwachsene etwas ungünstig. Das Doppelzimmer ist recht klein und war mit Baby-Reisebett ziemlich vollgestellt.
