Just ten minutes walk you can reach the shores of the lake, the Rocca di Manerba, the bay Bianca (beach with Caribbean sand and a meeting place for aperitifs and musical evenings). The Gemma sul Lago is located in a strategic position to reach quickly and without the use of the car excellent restaurants, bars, the main services and places of interest that Manerba offers.

Schönes Haus, toller Außenbereich überraschende Einliegerwohnung

Wir haben uns entschieden zu viert für zwei Nächte dieses Haus für uns allein zu mieten. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wahsninnig schön und absolut top. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der Vermieter (der kaum Englisch kann) dann bereichtet, dass unter dem Haus noch eine Einliegerwohnung ist und wir deshalb nicht laut sein dürfen (später sind wir drauf gekommen, dass der Vermieter selbst in dieser Wohnung wohnt die nur durch eine normale Zimmertüre von dem Haus abegetrennt ist), Wir sind am Abend im Haus (weil das Wetter nicht so gut war) zusammen gesessen bei einer Mensch Ärger dich runde und haben dabei Handy!!! vMusik gehört um 1 wurde lautstark an die ZImmertüre gepumpert und geschrien, dass man leise zu sein hat. Am nächsten Tag folgende dann auch noch ein Brief (mit Google Translator übersetzt) bei welchem er uns den Rauswurf androhte Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wenn wir ein Haus für uns mieten es kein Problem darstellt wenn man auf Nacht länger sitzt und dabei lacht, dies ist aber nicht gestattet. Leider war auch kein Geschirr auffindbar, nur Besteck Töpfe und der Rest. Das Haus wird leider nicht genug gepflegt weshalb an manchen Stellen der Putz von der Wand bröckelt und auch verdächtige dunkle Flecken an der Wand sind. Der Pool ist wunderschön und ladet bei gutem Wetter zum verweilen ein. Wir würden trotzdem nicht mehr kommen, da wir zusammen weg fahren um auch ztusammen die Zeit zu genießen und nicht dass wir um 11:00 Uhr Bettruhe haben.
