"LIDO" Apartment: one double bedroom plus one twin bedroom, kitchen-living room, large furnished panoramic loggia, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, reserved parking, bathroom with shower, pets allowed. A living room with an open-concept kitchen (equipped with: American-style coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and conventional oven), a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV with USB port, and air conditioning, as well as a washing machine.
It includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
A private entrance and a reserved parking space on the property round out the amenities.
The daily rate includes: water, electricity, gas, tourist tax, bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, use of the kitchen, and private parking with video surveillance.
Final cleaning fee is paid separately (flat rate).

Manerba del Garda boasts 14 km of beaches, all of which are public. The nearest beach is also the most beautiful, and you can reach it on foot in 10 minutes via the trails in the Perlino Nature Reserve, located directly across from our residence.
Our residence is situated in a very quiet location, just 150 meters from the historic center, where you’ll find all amenities, as well as restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets (open all day, even on Sundays). It’s also just a few minutes away from the famous port of Dusano and the wonderful beach at San Sivino. In Manerba del Garda, near Porto Torchio, there is a well-equipped and very popular dog-friendly beach.
Near our residence, there are many hiking trails, bike paths, and country trails. You can reach our beautiful beaches on foot or by bike and take a stroll along the long promenade, where you’ll find bars, excellent restaurants, and pizzerias. Right across from our residence, there is a beautiful playground for children, a well-equipped sports center, and a park where our four-legged friends can run and play.
