Beautiful building, comfortable rooms, great location. Useful to have a lift and the apartment itself was very clean and well furnished. Great communication with the host, who was friendly at all times. Lovely little welcome gift too, which was nice touch.
The hosts were professional but strangely insistent that we provided copies of official photo ID (which is against Booking.com rules) and they repeatedly incorrectly accused us of having six guests stay (because there were another two in the party who visited on both days to help carry luggage etc) - they must have been watching the internal cameras but not counting people in and out.

It had a lot of character and charm. Looked the historical elements. Loved the location. Walking distance to just about everything and if not, tube stations nearby. Loved the AC in the master suite since we were there during a heat wave.
Towels were very rough and odd sizes, electric kettle hadn’t been emptied or cleaned in awhile (lime scale floating on the bottle), microwave was hard to work, batteries in all remotes were depleted thus couldn’t turn down the AC in the master suite, entire apartment wasn’t very clean, all of the provided toiletries except the hand soap in the master bathroom were empty, master shower drain was partially clogged
