Beautiful building, comfortable rooms, great location. Useful to have a lift and the apartment itself was very clean and well furnished. Great communication with the host, who was friendly at all times. Lovely little welcome gift too, which was nice touch.
The hosts were professional but strangely insistent that we provided copies of official photo ID (which is against Booking.com rules) and they repeatedly incorrectly accused us of having six guests stay (because there were another two in the party who visited on both days to help carry luggage etc) - they must have been watching the internal cameras but not counting people in and out.

The location & roominess. The beds were very comfortable.
Couldn’t have a hot shower in the morning as it was extremely difficult to turn the hot water tap on. When I reported it was a case of “well no one else has had that problem” and there was no compensation. It was a lot to pay not to be able to have a hot shower.
