Location, location, location. Size of apartment. Comfortable sofas and bed. Roomy.
Shower didn't drain and so the water piles up deeply on the shower floor. Not all the lighting worked. Not the cleanest place but decent enough. Kinda loud outside and so it's hard to sleep.

Nice apartment in a good location.
Bed and sofa bed were not comfortable. Also bedroom too hot, no AC.

Brilliant Central London location, provided bottles of water and coffee pods. It was modern building an the noise wasn't too bad from the street in the bedroom. The owner provided good communication throughout the stay.
There was an issue with a electric window not closing, the ventilation system is very noisy in the bedroom. There was also a cracked/damaged glass in the cupboard. The bed was very hard. The system for getting signed up for the keys meant it made you pay £30 for damage waiver - they claimed you could of paid £500 refundable deposit but this wasn't clear to me.
