It is a great location in the heart of London.
There are some maintenance and upkeep issues there. Both the first and second floor landings were piled with materials that probably should have been disposed of - old fixtures, suitcases and furniture parts, etc. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit saggy on one side.

The location is amazing that is what you are paying for. The apartment needs a little tlc.
The wardrobe doors are hanging off in 2 of the rooms and rubbish outside the door on the landing made it feel like a hostel and in this heat one of the windows in the front bedroom didn’t stay open and the fan didn’t work.
