Great caravan and perfect for our short break visiting family in the area .. so near to everything on site .. thanks for a very nice stay

The caravan was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. It was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We honestly had nothing to dislike about the caravan. It was in a lovely location with a beautiful sea view from the front window, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Lovely caravan, very clean, well equipped and the comfiest beds! Excellent communication from the owner, clear directions to check in/out. Close to the beach, our children loved it. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Cosy, quiet area

On opening the caravan door there is a strong smell of stale smoke, even with opening all the windows the smell was still there. There are burn marks from cigarettes on the carpet in the Lounge and master bedroom. Lack of facilities within the property, no hand soap, tea-towels or oven gloves. The sponges under the sink were all used. The sugar pot had clumped coffee in it, as I’m allergic to coffee it meant I couldn’t use the sugar. The windows had finger marks all over it. There were crumbs on the floor and in the fridge. Only hand towels provided which we weren’t aware of. It took ages to find the caravan as there were no maps on site or prior instructions. There is no welcome pack with Information on the park and surrounding areas, or how to get the hot water working and use the oven. The description of the caravan states it has a private decking area, it doesn’t. So much potential for this property, but unfortunately being let down.
