Beautifully presented accommodation in a quiet location just a short drive from York and easy to reach. Especially loved the outdoor areas.

Quiet and lovely gardens
Location was further away than I anticipated. I thought you could get a bus into York from near the property. However, there is no footpath so we had to drive to the park and ride and catch the bus from there.

It was away from the main road, easy check in. Really nice place.
Could’ve had a comfier and slightly bigger mattress. A lot of noises from adjacent room.

The facilities, access to a fabulous kitchen a lovely patio and garden.
The rooms were spotless.
The mattresses were dreadful.
The bathroom needed maintenance. Included a bathtub far too big for the space. A shower would have been better in the small space.
