Lovely place to stay with everything you'd need - and dog friendly with no extra charge. Great location - close to York, Leeds etc.
The fridges in the rooms are not usable. The first time we stayed the fridge made a constant row stopping me from sleeping and I had it to disconnect. The second time we stayed - in a different room - the fridge blew the electrics - not just in our room - and we were asked to not use it - thankfully there is however a fridge in the shared kitchen. The sink in the first room we had does not have a usable plug.

Very spacious, excellent location for park-and-ride and friendly staff.
A few potholes leading into the property. Everything else was great.

Pothole drive to the property. An email and a note in the room telling me to remove bedding in the morning, put into a bag with towels and take downstairs. Parking was in a field, it has been raining a lot recently. Self check in, which needed a torch to see the panel. Light switch on other side of room so had to keep using torch to locate it.
