We loved everything about the property, it was very cosy, clean and we felt very welcome.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The host was very welcoming, gave good instructions about location and how to use the facilities and was available to ask for anything further (which we did not need to do). The accommodation thoughtfully kitted out with everything needed - although there were only 3 mugs, plates etc - so we had to keep on top of the washing up and could not cook anything that needed additional crockery easily! We plan to return.
NB: Everything was on 1 level (just a small step into the shower): this accommodation would work well for anyone with minor mobility issues.
It would have been good to have more than the minimum number of plates and mugs.... but there were lots of other accessories and items like a clothes horse, hooks, bed-side clock etc.

Warm. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Everything I needed. Kitchen and shower new and well equipped . Fast wi fi. Easy parking. Close to tram and peak district . Homemade cake and fresh milk/tea/coffee/ etc provided. Fluffy towels. Comfortable bed and sofa . Hosts very helpful . Wonderful place.
Nothing. I will be back !!
