Gelieve er rekening mee te houden dat de toeristenbelasting niet inbegrepen is in de prijs van de boeking.
Deze bedraagt €7,40 per persoon per nacht (categorie 3) en zal na de reservatie apart worden aangerekend.

Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior request and confirmation.
The access code will be provided at 3:00 PM once all required payments have been completed and proof has been received.
Tourist tax (€7.40 per person per night) and linen/cleaning fees must be paid in advance. Failure to do so will result in no access being granted.
Keys
Please keep the key in the key box at all times.
Lost keys or inability to access the property due to missing keys will be charged to the guest.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bookings for 2 guests include one bed. Separate beds require additional linen charges.
Please inform us of your preferred sleeping setup in advance. Changes on the day of arrival are not possible.
General Rules
No smoking inside the apartment.
No pets allowed.
No parties or loud gatherings.
Please turn off heating when leaving the apartment.
Do not switch off the internet power supply.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed.
Unauthorized guests will be charged €50 per person.
No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
Damages & Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Excessive dirt or stains (including bedding) may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
Please clean the kitchen and dishes before departure.
Extra cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition.
Other
No illegal activities allowed on the property.
Please avoid leaving food that may attract pests.
For stays longer than 5 days, kindly water the plants.
Important Information
