About this apartment rental

The house from the Art Nouveau period was last renovated in 2018 and has been well maintained ever since. It offers guests a 1.5-room holiday flat (42 m2) with a spacious double room (2 single beds 90x200), a kitchen-cum-living room, a bathroom with shower/sink and a separate WC with washbasin. The flat is on the mezzanine floor with a view of the greenery and is very stylish, cosy and furnished to a high standard. The double room (26m2) can also accommodate 3 people at an extra charge. The Guest House Chur is very centrally located, yet very quiet in the beautiful Stampagarten, a protected residential area in the centre of the city of Chur. A parking space in front of the house is also available free of charge, and the bus stop is only 50 metres from the house. The bakery, shopping centre, railway station, old town, museums and other sights in the centre of Chur are just a few minutes' walk away. You can also reach numerous holiday destinations in Graubünden by car or conveniently by public transport, such as Arosa-Lenzerheide, Laax-Flims, Klosters-Davos, Brigels, Obersaxen, Tschiertschen, Heinzenberg-Viamala, Grüsch-Danusa, to name but a few. The Engadin is also within easy reach of Chur. Chur is the best starting point for excursions on the famous Rhaetian Railway, or "der kleinen Roten", as it is affectionately known by German guests in particular. The whole house as well as the south and west side of the house are non-smoking areas. Free car park in front of the house for one car. Free use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.
