Beautiful, in a great location and well equipped, but too hot.

It was well set out and beautiful, and in a lovely area of the city. And it had a washing machine.

We suffered in the heat of the apartment. We didn’t really know how to turn the heating down, and it was winter outside, but we are not accustomed to that level of heat inside. Also, though the windows looked very pretty the way they were we would have liked some blackout curtains on them, as there was too much light coming in at night, and we would have liked a little more privacy at night.

The sofa bed in second room was not a proper bed - NOT suitable for adults or anyone - it was uneven, hard and there were no sheets or duvet . The linen throughout property appeared old and bobbling. TV did not work on normal channels

We liked everything about this property - the location which was an easy few minutes walk from the station, the size of the studio apartment, the bathroom, the room facilities (clothes washer, kitchen) the cleanliness, and the staff, they were exceptional - communication, check in instructions, friendliness, helpfulness ie with our TV, advice on the local area, they were great.

Limited soaps and lotions. It was necessary to carry heavy suitcases up flights of stairs. Also there was a note warning us not to dirty the kitchen or we would be charged extra for cleaners

Wonderful place to stay in the old part of Chur

Very comfortable, spacious and all the facilities you could want for a short or long stay. Modern and fully equipped. Stairs to 2nd floor are easy to negotiate. Lots of restaurants, cafes and little bars very close in this charming Old Town part of Chur. Easy 10 minute walk to the main station, with a local station very close. Highly recommended!

It was a veery cosy, well thought out property perfect in our case for a stopover, my boys really liked the twin bed set up in the living area. Modern but homely, clean and easy to get to from the train station about a min walk with our bags.

Excellent spacious apartment with all mod cons. Separate bathroom/shower along with washing machine. Well located at top of Chur town. Easy walk from train station. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Suite in Chur! The apartment is modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It’s also very well appointed, so we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Chur, close to shops, restaurants, and the old town, yet still wonderfully quiet. Uta is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to providing a top-notch experience. We can’t recommend La Suite highly enough. Stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located—it was the ideal base for our stay in Chur.

Great location, spacious, well kept

We were only there for one night and it was perfect for us. Great location in old town, very clean, larger than expected, nothing missing. Very well organized and perfect for a family of four. Self check in time at 13 or even earlier is generous and was useful for us. Walk from main station is longer than indicated but unproblematic.

Nothing negative, as we would stay again! But as info for other travelers: We are family of many charging needs and found outlets a bit sparse but we managed. Some daytime construction in the square (July 2025) might bother some but it didn’t affect us. Pillows a bit thin for our taste. Would still absolutely stay there again!

TOTALLY UNSUITABLE FOR ANY VISITOR WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTY

This property is totally unsuitable for any visitor with even slight mobility difficulty, and inconvenient for anybody with a moderate amount of luggage. There are 37 steps up from street level to the apartment entrance, with no lift. And then 4 steps from the apartment down to the bathroom. THIS IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED ON THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE, merely a bland statement 'upper floors accessible by stairs only. As there is no reception or other physical help available, this would be disastrous for a disabled person.

Lovely Historic Location in Chur

Communication was great, it was easy to access the apartment in the Old Town of Chur, which is an easy 10 minute direct walk away. Google maps did take us to another street as the building must be on both streets. Just head for the square, not the street. The apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay for 3 adults, including washing machine, and dishwasher ( which we didn’t use) It also had a fan which was a life saver as it’s currently very warm at night, as it seems Swiss accommodation don’t have air conditioning.

2 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor with heavy luggage.

We loved the location of this beautiful large studio apartment. Everything seemed fresh and new. Comfortable beds (there were 2 twins). Super quiet, too!

Note that this unit is on the first floor, with no elevator...so you climb 2 flights of stairs, as the first floor is ground zero in Europe. Each flight was short and broken up, so it was not too bad, but good to know. Towels were super scratchy as they were obviously dried on a line.

Very nice apartment, modern, comfortable and a convenient location with washing machine, no drier but heat rack and clothes dried quickly. Walkable. Convenient. Comfortable. Clean.

Don't use Google maps to find! Our mobile wouldn't load maps or get a strong signal. We got there using the local tourist map from the train station. No toaster or clothes wash powder. Note: There are stairs down to the bathroom also stairs up to apartment as alerted by owner on booking but it was not a problem for us.

Clean, cozy, and stylish

The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great — right in the center and very convenient. It was a bit tricky to find at first, as the numbering doesn’t follow the usual apartment sequence, but it was manageable. One small thing to note: some of the warning instructions made us feel a bit pressured during our stay.

This beautiful, contemporary and exceptionally well equipped apartment was located in the equally beautiful Arcas square in the old town of Chur. Would highly recommend the property to those looking for self catering break as lots of places to eat and drink nearby and only a short walk from the train station.

Good with some caveats

All perfectly clean, a beautiful and cozy environment. A big tv with internet connection. Washing machine and oven.

The curtain is almost nothing, really thin. The towel is too much poor, feels like sandpaper. The instructions where the entrance is, it’s not clear. Its easier to put that is exactly beside a store. No body soap.
