Central location , small supermarket near by, near train station and buses, spotlessly clean, well thought out design and kitchen set up, comfortable beds, excellent shower, lift especially for the third floor although very small , great sound proofing , clear entry instructions

Located directly next to a very busy bar, with the windows open at night it’s very noisy if you’re trying to sleep. The windows had outstanding noise control so no problem when closed. It needs good climate control as very warm with windows closed to avoid noise. This was our only thought on an otherwise excellent experience

Smell and potential health problem with bathroom damp ceiling and wall. Lack of informationation about the city, information for groceries and recommendation of local places to eat. Minor issue the kettle spout filter is blocked and requires cleaning or replacement. No access to UK on TV but not an issue for a few nights but if staying longer some might consider it very negatively. Surprised a welcome pack was not provided as this is fairly standard in most self catering accommodation we experience. Maybe if advised of the noise from the street pub prior to booking we might not of have done so. But to be fair it never really bothered us too much, but obviously the owner is. Overall a nice place to stay in a beautiful small city, we would come back again if reassured the damp was fixed.

Lovely bright modern and clean apartment with good facilities. Easy to find in central location close to grocery store nd restaurants.

Pillow were small, lumpy and uncomfortable, lift broken so had to carry luggage up 4 floors but assuming a once off issue.

Very clean, stylish, great location right in the middle of Chur, lovely shower and nice to have a good coffee machine.

No bedding for the sofa bed - maybe you have to request this in advance? It wasn't clear though. We were given a link to an online manual/instructions for the property which didn't work - having said that, appliances etc were easy to work out.

It is centrally located near the old town. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The washing machine is very helpful.

Very clean. Location is very central. Apartment is very comfortable. Maybe a little smaller than what it looks in the pictures, but it was spacious for a family of four adults. Building has a lift. Small, but useful for bags. Be aware the washer is only washer and does not dry clothes completely. Anyway, it was very convenient for us.

The location of the apartment was very good and within walking distance from train station. Check in instructions were very clear. Apartment was sufficiently spacious and kiychen/bathroom facilities were very good.

The second couple in the apartment has a sofa bed which needs to be made up, and reduces functionality and seating space in the lounge area. This is known upfront.

Couch was broken and unstable. Shower basin was higher than tiles and water spilled onto floor during shower. No coffee machine.

Great location in the centre of the old town. Such a beautiful place. The apartment was well kitted out. We were only there for one night, but it looked like you could stay comfortably for a longer period with a kitchen. My kids loved the TV in the bedroom. Very clean, with well insulated windows.

Unfortunately there was no bed linen supplied for the second bed (sofa bed in living room). There was a duvet and two pillows, but I felt we had paid a bit much to improvise and sleep directly on the foam mattress with no duvet cover or pillow cases. This unfortunately led to a bit of a mission to find bedding, as there was no one around to help. With support via WhatsApp messages, I found my way to the storage basement and rooted around in strange supplies cages to find a sheet and duvet cover. It was all a bit strange but we got there in the end.

The apartment is ultra modern, crystal clean, in the heart of the city, literally 7 minutes walk from Chur Bahnhof. And the best part is the apartment looks exactly like the pictures placed on bookings.com. Also the place is bustling with cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Fantastic location, around a 7-8 min flat (gentle slope at start) walk from Chur station in old town. You are right in the middle of cafes, takeaways (Mexican, Asian and more) and we would recommend Wok & Momo for great Noodles! Look for red street signs around the apartment, they direct you to the oldest parts like the castle and St Martin’s Church. The apartment is reached via a tiny but useful lift on the second floor and is light, airy and beautifully presented. It is a very clever use of space in the lounge/kitchen/diner. My husband and I were working/holidaying so needed a dedicated work station and this was perfect with very quick WiFi and absolutely fine to support online meetings etc. the views from the three windows are of the city and the mountains over the rooftops - beautiful. The bathroom was large with a large walk in powerful shower with shower gel provided (no shampoo or conditioner ladies!). Also had a washing machine which might be useful for a longer stay and washing liquid also provided (nice touch!). The bedroom was large with a king size comfy bed and a hanging rail with floating shelves.

We loved this property and would highly recommend. We are seasoned travellers and travel constantly for work always looking for new boltholes. We would absolutely return here but could be better if a microwave was provided; more towel hanging space in bathroom, two bedside lamps in bedroom, better wardrobe in bedroom as shelves aren’t very good and not enough storage and a lamp in lounge for better lighting.

Location was close to all facilities & so easy to get everywhere.

This is perfect hotel, A beautiful family property, restored as the best hotel in Tirano with best host! It was a delightful and authentic place, restored in traditional timber, a wonderful maze of outstanding rooms and balconies, all lit with soft light after dark

Location was great, the bar downstairs was concerning because of the noise & the weather was really hot & we needed to open the windows . The host was great & provided fans.

The apartment itself is very pretty and clean. Appliances provided were mostly nice and new.

The apartment is located just opposite a pub and restaurants. The noise and cigarette smoke generated by the customers is terrible and goes well into the night. There was a notice that we should call the police if the noise continues after 10pm. However, as tourists, we do not want the hassle of having to call the police in a foreign country and spoil our holiday dealing with such stuff. While we could close all the windows, it effectively cuts out air circulation and the apartment becomes stuffy and unbearable. EH apartment should seriously consider installing air conditioner throughout the whole apartment. The one and only mini fan provided is definitely not enough. If no budget, at least install ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is only good for 2 pax. A tight squeeze for 4 people with luggages. The mattress in the bedroom should also be thrown away as it is worn out and has zero support! You will not get any sleep on that bed!

The only thing is that is directly below two bars and since there is no air conditioning in the summer we had to have the windows open. This kept us up until 00:30-1:00 am since it was so loud.

The apartment is neat and organised and its distance to the train station is 850 metres. The apartment is 15-minutes walk from the Coop store.

The apartment is just across the street from the street bar, the noise from the bar should be expected to continue until 10 p.m. We could not find the appropriate apartment based on the message sent by the host, as there are several apartments in the region that are very similar to one another. As a result, a follow-up phone contact is necessary in order to verify the real location with the host. Because the car cannot be parked in front of the flat, we will have to pull the luggage for a distance of 500 metres before we reach the unit.
