Excellent location. Had what we needed.
It was quite small so may not suit somebody with a small child on a longer stay. For us, it was fine!

This small studio flat was amazing, just what we needed for 1 night, it was comfortable for 3 people, and had everything we needed, was perfectly clean and so conveniently located for station and town . Chur is a beautiful town, wish we could have stayed longer. The bed linen was pure cotton with comfortable beds, the Kitchenette and small shower room were perfect, and there was a fan and towels and toiletries provided. We loved it.

Close to station Quick response from owner
Fan did not work, would turn on but did not provide airflow and blades were extremely dirty. Coming at end of summer we were dying and would have done fine with a working fan but that made us miserable all night/day. No hot water in AM in shower so had to take a freezing cold one before we got on our train. Wasn’t warned about this. Floors felt very dirty
