Villa Marie

Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. VILLA MARIE is located in a suburb of Calpe. It is spread over two floors with a total of 4 separate entrances. The property always goes to only one rental party, so that you can use both apartments. On the upper floor there is a large living room with air conditioning, 50 " smart TV, ceiling fan, Internet and two bedrooms with two double beds each and air conditioning. Furthermore, dining room, hallway, guest toilet and kitchen. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and dishes. There is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a drying area. The illuminated, private pool measures 5 x 10 meters and is cleaned weekly. The place is therefore suitable for sunbathing as well as social gatherings in the evenings and for barbecues. There is another terrace at the level of the kitchen. On the basement floor there is another apartment with a large living room, air conditioning, smart TV, a small bedroom, a full bathroom with toilet and a small kitchenette, as well as two separate terraces. The carport measures 225 cm in height, 430 cm in width, 540 cm in length (closed) and 590 cm (open). RESTAURANTS in the immediate vicinity: you need a two-minute walk to reach one of the restaurants located in the immediate vicinity of the house: the Maryvilla Restaurant with German cuisine and secondly the renowned restaurant OSCAR, which offers French specialties. In Calpe we recommend LAS OLAS with Spanish cuisine. About 100 meters from the house you can get breakfast supplies from the German-speaking baker in the summer. beach: (1) PLAYA PUERTO BLANCO (1 KM). This small beach is located near the sports port of Puerto Blanco, is made of sand and round stones and is equipped with foot showers, toilets, waste baskets, jetties and lifeguards. (2) PLAYA ARENAL-BOL (3 KM). At the foot of the Peñón de Ifach, within the town of Calpe, we find this fine sandy beach with wonderful water, which was awarded the blue flag in 2008. It is about 1400 meters long with an average width of 60 meters and is equipped with the following services: surveillance and rescue service, disabled access, signposted entrances, entrances for motor vehicles, city buses, parking, toilets, showers, water sports, cleaning service, jetties, rental of umbrellas and sunbeds as well as a kiosk. A fully equipped beach so that the family can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. (3) PLAYA LEVANTE (6 KM). This is the most popular beach of Calpes, with a length of 950 meters of fine sand located in the north of the Peñón de Ifach. The terraces surrounded by lemon trees offer an impressive picture of the Mediterranean Sea. To reach the cliffs, you only need about 5 minutes on foot. It is ideal for snorkeling. Surfing is also possible on the sandy beaches of the resort. They can be reached by car in a few minutes. 200 meters from the house you will find tennis courts with floodlights as well as two restaurants. And in half an hour you can be on the golf course by car.
