Calpe is a nice resort and the villa was is a good position.

The villa was generally as we expected for the price that we paid. It is a bit dated but clean. The swimming pool could have been kept cleaner as there was a lot of tree waste in it. It is in a very good location and was quiet despite being on a main road. The kitchen was well equipped.

The fifth bedroom can only be accessed from external stairs and was decorated at a lower standard than the rest of the villa. Sadly the room that was accessed via a set of patio doors that could not be locked. Therefore was not a safe space to sleep or keep valuables. Also one of the double beds in the house was not made. As a result of the property management mixing up our stay with another group's stay we were accused of leaving the villa is an unclean state and fined 30e. After Booking.Com helping us to rectify this charge, we eventually got the money back. I would warn other people who use this property management company to have photographic evidence of how they leave the property they stayed in.

Kitchen layout. If was difficult to get the keys as the office wasn't open when we arrived. Didn't like having to pay for the cot as it was only needed for a week of our 2 week stay. No one came to do the garden

Very good

location and size of the property were great very clean and spacious on arrival the villa was very cold and it took 24hr to heat up but I think it had been empty for some weeks . it was only 3 minutes walk from the front and it is a lovely walk all the way along there is a footpath along the cliffs heading out of calp which is a bit steep in some places but if you like walking it is the best views you will ever see all in all great time

pool to cold but it was February had a power failure but maintenance were out very quickly and fixed it plus showed us what to do if it happened again which it did once more but we were able to reset it ourself

Nice villa,but this is the first villa I have rented that did not provide,a toilet roll,some washing up liquid,ect,there was nothing, for the price we payed a small welcome pack would of helped ,as it was a bank holiday,no replys to emails prior to arrivals,could not bath the baby as no plug provided,even phoned and asked, no cot that was booked and paid for,the light in the pool had wires hanging out . will not be booking again,such a shame as it is a lovely villa.

very clean villa and easy to find. close to everything (supermarket, restaurants, beach). Would absolutely recommend to go to villa Cintya.

the pool light had not been fixed. we were a group of 8 adults and there were 6 water glasses, 4 wine glasses. I tought that sense there already was mention about thise in earlier feedbacks that it would have been corrected. Allso the kitchen was not very well equipment. There were a lot of little things that would be easy to fix to make customers feel a lot better.

Beautiful villa which needed upgrading. It could have been stunning.

Comfortable sofas, lovely and clean throughout, though a little shabby. Pool lovely, clean and deep. Very private with fruit trees and stunning views. Plenty of space.

Arrived on a Sunday but couldn't get access till after 4pm. Had to return to office next day as all of our party had to provide passports. No welcome pack. For the price paid, a loaf and bottle of milk and a few provisions would have been very useful. Only 3 mugs for 5 adults. We had to take it in turns to have a cuppa. Only 1 bath towel and a hand towel each which had to last the week. No English tv and internet very poor.

Lovely all round stay very relaxing

Being picky I couldn't get on with the long thin pillows, but overall was a nice place to stay.

la piscina y aparcamiento dentro del chalet

La distribución de las habitaciones , falo del agua caliente, perdida de agua de los a/a , un día entero los jardineros en casa. mantenimiento de piscina vino 4 veces en una semana , después de venir los jardineros nos frieron los mosquitos hasta el punto de tener que ir a urgencias. No funciona los dardos en el villar los palos están rotos y en la barbacoa sin madera ni carbón ni para quemar .
