Christmas in calpe

Huge villa,plenty of space and a great location

The driveway in is very tight and the villa could do with some updating.

A lovely villa and would go back again just needs a bit of an overhaul to repair minor damage.

Love the space and outside area with great pool

Needed maintenance work done such as 1-twin bedroom door handle kept falling off. 2-Bedroom next door air con controls not there. 3- Lounge sofa had a stain on the arm. 4-Top kitchen hop had a crack on it 5-Master top bedroom shutters wood rotten. 6. Downstairs bedroom sheets not clean and hole in the mattress protector. 7- first floor shower room light did not work kept flickering on and off. All these were noted the first day. However the villa its self is lovely and spacious and would definitely go back again. The pool was clean and well looked after.

CharmIng, spacious, but a bit aging villa in a great holiday destination.

The villa is big enough to accomodate 3-4 families comfortably. Nice pool, all rooms are with air-conditioning, well isolated from neighbours. Fantastic view on Calpe from the upper floors. Shops and beaches in 5-15 minutes walk distance.

The place would really deserve some renovation, the pool lights are out, the grill is broken, one air-conditioner was pouring water when we turned it on the first time (quickly fixed after reporting it). No public transportation nearby.

Wifi is strong only in the living room, otherwise the connection is really poor Matraces were really soft, not good for sleep The whole house needs more maintaince, especially a plumber

Great for big groups

More than enough space in a great villa. Enough kitchen items to cook for loads of people and the beds were comfy.

Taking our the rubbish is a pain because it needs to be walked to the end of the road
