we can rent only the groufd floor out of season for 2 to 4 people(ask us for prices)

Location is perfect. The villa is a good size and has everything you need. The only downside would be it needs air-conditioning, the fans are ok but at 37 heat we really needed it. Also its very dark around the pool area and the gates where you park the cars. Coming home at night was quite dangerous. It really is a lovely villa, it just needs a little TLC.I'd definitely return if the air conditioning gets sorted.

Right from the moment of booking, communication was excellent, helpful and friendly. The property was great for our large family, the location was also perfect, I have no negative comments, would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Michele and Maaike

Spacious, well equipped kitchen, good showers, great swimming pool, good outdoor space and leisure areas. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and garden maintained.
However, couldn’t find a welcome pack with info for gas or appliances. Outside seating well below standard expected- ripped sunbeds, stained cushions and light not working in the pool. There was an issue with ants and a few cockroaches - in my opinion due to a lack of deep cleaning in the house and general property upkeep. Also I was surprised to find the property had a separate entrance to the upstairs bedrooms, this was not mentioned in the property posting.
The taxi driver couldn’t find it and it’s not on the car sat-nav
