Perfect villa for families – spacious, clean, great outdoor kitchen, close to the beach and shops.

Excellent villa – highly recommended! This might be one of the best villas in terms of value for money. The interior design is tasteful and understated, with stylish decorative touches on the walls. It’s an ideal place for a larger family holiday. The location is fantastic – both the beach and the nearest shop are just a few minutes’ walk away. We stayed here for one week at the end of September with our whole family, including children and grandchildren, and everyone was delighted. The house is bright, clean, and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight was the outstanding outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a gas grill and a large dining table with room for everyone to gather comfortably. Communication with the villa managers was easy and pleasant – they responded quickly to our questions via WhatsApp. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to other families and just friends!

Our three familieshad a lovely holiday at La Mar and would recommend it

The property was spacious and suited our family’s the outside seating areas were perfect and it was very well equipped

I felt the downstairs part of the villa was a bit tired and could do with a bit of an upgrade but again well equipped for our boys who ranged from 11 to 17 with the table tennis and football table and floats for the pool and because of the 30 degree + heat we did miss air conditioning

we had a fantastic family stay here.

loved the location. the pool was fantastic for swimming but unfortunately we had small children who can’t swim yet and it has no shallow part for paddling. (possibly an idea to mention this). the facilities are great with plenty of games, space to play etc. the upper part of the Villa is gorgeous and maybe the bottom part Will be updated to match. that would make it perfect!

as before no mention of shallow end in pool. the bottom part of the Villa isn’t renovated yet. could have been more drying facilities for washing.

The location was fabulous.... On the beach but with a few restaurants and a good distance to calp and other places. Host was welcoming and kind. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Decorated to a high standard, lovely pool and outside areas to eat.
