We were eleven adults and a four year old and the seven bedrooms worked brilliantly for us. The kitchen is superb and the two fridge freezers were an absolute bonus. The supermarkets are an easily achievable walk but challenging in the heat and with twelve of us we needed a lot of stuff so we got a Mercado account and had the groceries delivered in, perfect! The bathrooms also worked like a dream for us and the lounge area was a great size. What can we say about the pool and surrounding area...wonderful! we spent so much time around there day and night and the seating areas worked really well. What seemed to be a new addition (we didn't see it on the photographs) was the metal gazebo that had been erected round the outdoor table and chairs. That worked so well it became the 'go to' area.
A shower screen across the bath in the master bathroom would work well and it would have been nice to have a bit more furniture on the terrace areas off the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, just a couple of oven trays for the pizza fanatics amongst the group would be great. These are just gentle suggestions because we had the most amazing time.

Amazing villa, spacious with spectacular views. 20 min walk to Calpe and beach. Great pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ, dining and lounge area. Smashed a full bottle of drink after supermarket shop & hosts were prompt in arriving to help us clean up the glass.
Pool was serviced during stay but towels and bedding not changed/replaced. Kitchen had 2 large fridges and most utensils. Need more tea towels though as 2 for 12 people for a week was insufficient and meant having to wash them and all room towels often. Need a vertical mirror in every bedroom. Need mats provided for pool to kitchen area. Need a hoover in the villa. No pool towels or Lilo’s provided. Only one toilet roll per bathroom, no shampoo, hand wash, body wash. I think for the price, these items should be given. Need to put toilet paper in bins. Aircon too cold at night & could not change temp in all rooms.
