We loved the space and the location.It was excellent for a large party like ours and just a 8 minute walk to the beach and supermarket.
The bedrooms were a great size, very comfortable and had en-suite facilities in all the bedrooms except one. This was amazing.
The pool was wonderful and the pedal court was well used and enjoyed. We bought the cheapest padel racquets from a local shop and these were more than adequate for family use.
We were a party of grandparents, parents and grandchildren and the fascilities had something for everyone.
We liked that there was a shower and footwash area by the pool.
The Villa offered everyone their own space ,but also provided good communal areas for family gathering.
The dining table in the kitchen was a great size for all 12 of us to eat at on cooler days and to play cards/ dominoes.
When we contacted the office Mohammed was particularly helpful and attended to our needs promptly and the maintenance man who attended was very friendly .
We requested a new iron as the current one was faulty and unsafe and someone arrived promptly with a new one.
The Villa was a little tired looking with lots of little faults that could do with addressing . We had to report a broken shower, an outside door that wouldn't lock , the television had no cable connected so wouldnt work and an iron that gave a 75 Yr old lady an electric shock due to exposed wires touching her wrist whilst she was ironing. Luckily she was alright,but had redness on her wrist for 24 hrs.
There were lots of other things that need general attendance such as broken or missing handles on kitchen and bedroom furniture. There were faults with two of the toilet buttons that you press when flushing. The toilet seat is loose and held on by just one side in the middle floor twin bedroom.
The sun lounges are generally alright to use,but difficult to get in and out of as they are very low,apart from the three most modern ones ,which were great.
The oven was used every day as I cook for the family rather than going out as one person is elderly with mobility issues. The oven was quite slow to cook things and needed another two wire racks to help cook for a large party.
These are just wear and tear things that can easily be fixed and certainly didn't spoil our time there.
The Villa location seemed to confuse the taxi drivers that were used on the airport run and they all had difficulties finding it despite having the full address.

The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend.
The air conditioning leaked in 2 of the rooms.
