The villa has a spacious flat area with several pergolas for shade, a brick barbecue for outdoor meals, a petanque court and a ping-pong table. Parking within the same plot for 8-9 vehicles.LOCATION: Just 1.2 km walking distance from Calpe's widest sandy beach (Arenal-Bol), seafront promenade, restaurants and all services.
