It’s a shame we were so cold we could have had a better stay

Very good sized property

Absolutely freezing inadequate heating for this time of year we had to put our dressing gowns on all Day over our clothes , not enough cooking utensils or cooking dishes and one saucepan had one handle

We were a group of 8 amateur cyclists. We had a very comfortable and very good place.

The location was great. The pool was good. Spacious kitchen area. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

There was a tennis court on the backyard side of the house as an additional attractive activity. Unfortunately, there was not a single tennis racket in the equipment, not even the simplest one. There were balls.

Casa amplia y con piscina a las afueras de Calpe, aunque la pista de pádel no está para jugar

La casa es moderna y está ubicada en una zona tranquila, con vistas lejanas al Peñón de Ifach. Tiene piscina y barbacoa. Hay aparcamiento en el interior para 4 o 5 coches.

Anuncian que tiene pista de pádel y no es verdad. Hay una pista que no tiene las medidas adecuadas, con el suelo en mal estado y la red medio rota. La casa no está bien mantenida, una de las sombrillas de la piscina no se podía usar porque la base estaba rota, el lavavajillas tiene las bandejas en mal estado, las sartenes están muy viejas y se pega todo, la puerta de un frigorífico está oxidada, en el otro frigorífico no están las bandejas de bebidas en la puerta y el horno está muy sucio. También vimos cucarachas.

Recomendable pero...

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y no está lejos de la playa pero hay que ir en coche.

Le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento a la piscina, se soltaban los baldosines de la escalera y produjo un par de cortes feos a los niños, en la cocina faltaban tijeras y sacacorchos. Como en todos estos lugares la visita de cucarachas. Los colchones de las camas de matrimonio están bastante hundidos. Relación calidad precio un poco caro, pero todo ha subido en los últimos años mucho...
