Die Lage hat einen Plus und einen Minus Punkt.
Die Aussicht auf den Ifach und das Meer ist sicher einer der schöneren, man blickt über die bereits zugewachsene Stadt. Dafür ist der Weg zum Strand, aufgrund der höheren Lage, etwas ansträngender. Ein Auto für Einkäufe ist notwendig.
Schäden im Pool und bei nicht gut schliessenden Türen werden nicht instand gesetzt (War bereits letztes Jahr so). An den abgeplatzten Fliesen im Pool kann man sich sogar verletzen.
Die Türen lassen sich fast nicht leise schliessen.

Beautiful views. Large, comfortable property. Pool, paddling pool and beautiful garden with loungers, BBQ with covered seating area. Ample parking.
No hot water or heating for first two days but Villas Guzman made good effort to sort problem. The drains in the bathroom really smelt bad and that was never investigated.

A little bit tired. There were a fe things that didn’t work, worn out and generally in need of some upgrades. Especially bathrooms
