Everything would have made for a great experience apart from the fact that upon arrival we realised the host had sent us the wrong instructions on how to access our flat, ending up with little kids waiting for everything to get sorted in the middle of the night.

Great location. Excellent kitchen facilities.
Email telling me the key code would be issued at lunch time on the day of check in.
On arrival the door to access the flat was open. As a woman alone entering the flat I was very aware it was possible someone could have potentially entered this flat. I felt it prudent to check all the rooms before I could relax. This sounds very minor, I’m not an anxious woman, however, it did make me feel vulnerable.
