The apartment was in a great location for the Clifton with its numerous shops, restaurants and clubs, which is very convenient.
It was well equipped with bedsheets, towels etc, the kitchen had all necessary utilities, and there was free coffee and tea available for guests to use.
The instructions for accessing the flat were clear and convenient.
The 'mattress' of the sofa bed is of such low quality (paper thin and and with a massive dent in the middle where it's folded up for stowing away) that it is virtually impossible to use for sleeping on, which is a major problem if you're visiting with two or more guests and rely on using the sofa bed as a second bed. It's bad enough for me not wanting to stay at this particular apartment again (there are 3 other apartments in the building being rented out by the same provider, the quality of which I cannot speak to).
The pictures of the apartment on booking.com do not show the actual apartment I was given, but another apartment in the same building, so it's not possible for prospective guests to see what you are actually renting and paying for.
