About this apartment rental
2 exceptionally stylish, larger-than-average apartments that sleep up to 16 guests on the iconic Bristol harbourside.
These apartments are fully equipped with all the necessities needed for a perfect home-from-home trip.
Our apartments are located at the historic end of the harbour, next to Underfalls Yard, Ashton Court and The Avon Gorge.
"Strictly no smoking allowed. Failure to do so you will be charged £150 for each violation. We have minute smoke detectors in the property
Please note there are 4 sofa beds which are not suitable for long stays they are suitable for short weekend groups
Guests have access to the whole property throughout their stay. Our professional hosting team will be on standby from 8:30am until 11:00pm 7 days a week to assist with any issues
Our professional hosting team are on standby between 8am until 12pm 7 days a week to assist you
Before you get any check in information you need to fill in the T&C's as this is compulsory to do so
No damage deposit is required for Airbnb bookings
No smoking in the property - the alarm will go off and you will be charged. If you are found smoking you will be fined and removed from the property
We do not have a normal tv signal and we have a smart tv with all useable Netflix functions
