Brilliant location in St Werburghs, close to great pubs and a lovely city farm. The house feels really luxurious - the jacuzzi bath was a highlight, and the house is equipped with everything you need, including a top-quality speaker in the kitchen. We were surprised by some of the lower ratings, as we genuinely couldn’t fault it. The artist workshop next door adds a unique bit of Bristol character.

The place was very spacious, excellent for 10 people.
Probably no fault of the place, but the bins outside were overflowing when we arrived and smelt a little.

location was good for access to the city
the house itself needs repair, downstiars toliet didnt work, skirting board behind sofa was off. There was no smoke alarm in the kitchen and also the light was hanging of the ceiling. The windows were smudged with cobwebs in the corners. The en-suite shower didnt work properly going from hot to cold. The beds were made and possibly some light hoovering was done. The hosue wasnt clean and you could tell that. Disspointing consdiering we paid over £1300 for two nights
