Very dissatisfied on arrival. Prepaid in full so I spent first afternoon buying cleaning products and cleaning
Its location was good for walking the dogs. The kitchen space was good for socialising.
It was dirty on arrival.- ovens, windows, carpets in bedrooms. The garden is unkempt with weights and litter scattered amongst long grass, cigarette ends in the fire pit and the outdoor furniture is dirty. The house is next to a scrap yard. There are no instructions for the appliances, no iron. Broken smoke alarm.

The place was very spacious, excellent for 10 people.
Probably no fault of the place, but the bins outside were overflowing when we arrived and smelt a little.

location was good for access to the city
the house itself needs repair, downstiars toliet didnt work, skirting board behind sofa was off. There was no smoke alarm in the kitchen and also the light was hanging of the ceiling. The windows were smudged with cobwebs in the corners. The en-suite shower didnt work properly going from hot to cold. The beds were made and possibly some light hoovering was done. The hosue wasnt clean and you could tell that. Disspointing consdiering we paid over £1300 for two nights

Good value for money but cleaning and maintenance should be better.
Very comfy beds, lots of space.
The downstairs toilet did not flush, the bath was out of order for repairs at the last minute, there was only one tea towel, the knives were filthy, and the windows on the top floor didn't close fully.
