Great communication before and during stay.
Really well appointed apartment. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Coffee maker with all supplies needed.
Was concerned that the property was right on a busy main road, but we never heard the traffic... perhaps being three floors up helped.
Stairs were a bit difficult to negotiate with large luggage (3rd floor apartment) as we are grandparent age.
Booking.com listing had a few details incorrect in regard to inclusions (washer and dryer). Laundry downstairs was easily accessible but had to first remove other tenants laundry in order to use both machines.

Pulizia, ordine, organizzazione tutto perfetto. Posizione vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi o mezzi. Lenzuola e asciugamani profumatissimi. Cialde caffe, the, a disposizione. Se dovessi tornare a Berna ritornerei qui!!

Check-in instructions were detailed and clear; additional information about parking, public transport and city in general were very helpful; host is welcoming and responds quickly
Not a big issue for me, but might be for someone else: floor boards are a bit squeaky, so you might wake up your roommates if you have to go to bathroom during the night.
