You can't go wrong with this property. We made an excellent choice.

The owner, Maxine, was at the premises to meet us, give the key codes, and walk us through the apartments (we rented both the large apartment and the annex apartment for our family group). She was also easily available to ask random questions as they arose, and she offered a lot of terrific suggestions of things for us to see and do. The apartments were very clean and offered all the amenities needed, including a washer/dryer in each, a real treat! The location was ideal for us, slightly outside the old city center but walkable and very close to tram stops, along with a supermarket. I would recommend this property to everyone! We look forward to a return visit!

Quiet street, lively city, close proximity to everything!

Lovely apartment ,duplex with a wonderful small spiral staircase to the bedroom! Very simple tastefully decorated with all the comforts needed! Great light, private street…wonderful Maxine & Gordon addressed all our questions and needs. We received a free transit pass and had so much fun exploring old Bern, museums and walks! Perfect location within walking distance to tram. Downtown , parks…etc… Lovely!🌷

Great apartment close to central Bern

We had a great time in this centrally located and well equipped apartment. It was very clean and Maxine and Eddy were very welcoming. We could easily walk to the museums, shops and other places of interest. It was our first visit to Bern and we hope to come back in the future.

Loved out 2 night stay in Bern, beautiful city. The apartment went beyond our expectations.

We liked that we were upgraded to a larger apartment when we arrived. The apartment was lovely and spacious with everything that you would ever need. Marjory was a delightful hostess and was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was bight and clean. Very enjoyable space to spend a couple of nights.

I experienced extreme discomfort during my stay in the room, as it emitted a highly unpleasant and overpowering odor. A

I would like to lodge a formal complaint about this room. It is completely unacceptable to charge 288CHF per night for such a terrible room located in the basement, devoid of natural light and plagued by excessive humidity. The room emits a strong musty odor and is furnished with extremely outdated and worn-out items, some of which are likely over 40 years old, the PS for instance is PS 2 I hope someone stop this exploitative price!!!Furthermore, the picture of the building shown during the booking process is inaccurate; it actually the picture of the building next. I will never recommend this dreadful place to anyone. It's worth noting that basements are generally not allowed to be used as habitable rooms in Switzerland. How could booking accept this?

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the basement room I stayed in. The room had a strong odor and was poorly lit due to its small window. It was also evident that the room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, the refrigerator was old and damaged. The lack of a proper bathroom was particularly disappointing. The sink was small and not suitable for use in a bathroom, but rather resembled a sink for a toilet. Furthermore, the shower was clogged. However, what astounded me the most was the exorbitant price charged for such a dreadful basement room.

Great place

Really great place with large apartments a great-looking house. Big room with sofas and armchairs. Separate parking. Big TV that can be really used to watch movies unlike in other apartments when you have some small TV far in the corner. PS: Don't forget to sign out from your Amazon Prime and Netflix account on TVs. Otherwise next guests will be watching movies based on your account. I signed out for previous guests. I also connected TV to the WiFi. Maybe all this can added to the instructions.

Too cold lighting. We arrived late in the evening and the first impression was not that cozy because of too cold lighting. But it maybe my personal trait :) But in the morning I saw that the apartment is really great.
