Absolutely — the location, size, and standard are a big plus
During the summer, the property is not suitable for living. The lack of air conditioning is a major issue, and that is why I’m giving it a 7. Unfortunately, you can’t ventilate the apartment or open the windows because trams and buses run right outside the windows throughout the night, creating a lot of noise. There is also a restaurant next door. If the windows are closed, you can’t hear the noise, but then it becomes unbearably hot inside.

This apartment has an excellent location, very close to attractions. The room is spacious and clean, and parking is convenient.
The apartment is close to the road, so the trams start running quite early in the morning, which creates some noise. What’s more, there was construction work going on at night on my check-in day and it disturbed my rest. This construction noise should only be temporary though.

Pas de rideaux pour la nuit aux fenêtres de la salle à manger/salon pour ceux qui dormaient dans cette pièce. Les trams passent jusqu’à 1h30 du matin et peuvent gêner

Sehr großes modernes Apartment, mit großer Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort.
Der Wasserkocher war etwas zu klein, wenn man im Winter viel Tee trinken muss aber das ist mekkern auf hohem Niveau
