Lokalita je taka svojska, ale cely komplex je vnutroblok a teda je izolovany od vonkajsiho prostredia. cely komplex je vynikajuco vybaveny. Citili sme sa vyborne a bezpecne. Parkovanie pod domom je luxusne. Tiež výbava apatmanu je super.

Postele by mohli byt trochu dlhsie. Mam 186 cm a nohy mi trochu trcali.

Modernes, sehr schönes kleines Appartement. Mit Sorgfalt und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der kleine Balkon ist sehr praktisch. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und haben hervorragend geschlafen. Dank der Lage im Innenhof ist es sehr ruhig. Bäckerei in gleichen Gebäudekomplex und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die Tiefgarage hat eine breite Einfahrt, ist hell und mit dem Lift direkt erreichbar. Wir waren sehr froh unser Auto sicher parken zu können. Die Tramhaltestelle ist um die Ecke in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuss sind es etwa 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Das Quartier ist ok, aber sicher nicht die nobelste Gegend von Bro.

Good location, close to several bakeries and to the city centre -15 min on foot. It's a neighborhood with a roma community but we did not have any issues, even though the are was not necessarily clean. The apartment is big and has most of what you'd need. The parking is very convenient and safe. The bathroom is well equipped and very spacious. We enjoyed the coffee machine and available pods. We had good communication with the owners as well.

There was a half open bottle of water in the fridge - not a good sign when you enter the accommodation. We did not appreciate it. It was super hot in Brno and the lack of an AC was cruel. I cannot imagine how such an apartment has no AC. There was only a fan, moving the warm air around. I understand that we could add some frozen packs in the fan, but the humidity would have been too high and we did not want to do it. Also, there were no curtains, only external electric ones. The pillows were super soft and overall not very comfortable to sleep on.
