This is a perfect place both for shorter and longer stays.
Very easy check-in and check-out, spacious room, comfortable bed, full kitchen to be used, coffee machine.
Free parking in front of the building.

It is close to the city center and you can walk there (15 min). The rooms are newly equipped and modern. You can use common lobby for laptop work or whatever with more social contact etc. You can park next to the hotel and in some cases for free, but more of that in the disadvantages.
Free parking is slightly not true. I have parked my car on reserved slots in front of the hotel specifically for Domeq. However, I was told from the reception that those slots are reserved for paying customers (or more long term accommodated) and I should move my car sideways. There were, of course, 6 parking slots fully occupied and I was told to park it on reserved slots for nearby company employees, which is not good, you could get a ticket for that. On Booking before your order of accommodation, there was no info at all that 1. you can reserve parking lot for a fee and 2. number of parking lots for free is very limited and often full by students accomodated there for a long term.
Regarding company nearby, a lot of noises beginning from 6 AM in business days including large truck transport and turning (beeping).

Camera in ordine pulita abbastanza ampia, portiere di notte H24 così si puo' arrivare a qualsiasi ora ed è facile ritirare le chiavi . Parcheggio adiacente, supermercato a 2 passi . WiFi veloce. . Camere chiuse molto bene in sicurezza . Ascensore grande e veloce. Porte tagliafuoco dappertutto . Lavatrici e palestra disponibili .

Had all the facilities we needed, was as advertised and everything was clean. It was easy to collect the keys.
The apartment is student accomodation, beds were short and there was no way to cool the room down - it was incredibly hot and there as only 1 small window. Quite a long walk from the train station away from the city
