Velmi blízko na dobrý výchozí bod (moravské náměstí) na který jezdí všechny projíždějící tramvaje z blízké zastávky ale i pěšky je to kousíček. V okolí minimálně dvě příjemné kavárny na snídani. Večerka ve 21:00 místo v tradičních 22:00 byla příjemná. Množství společných (a čistých!) koupelen, nikdy jsem nemusela čekat na sprchu nebo toaletu.

Čisté a moderně zařízené ubytování, pohodlná postel, dobrá lokalita a bezproblémové ubytování. Oceňuji také klidné prostředí a dobrou komunikaci s personálem.

Nemám žádné zásadní výhrady.

Patrová postel, lokalita.

Vše v pořádku, není co vytknout.

The location was really good, it was easy to reach.

- The room door could not be locked, which was a major security concern. - The refrigerator was already full, leaving no space for guests to store their own food. - The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival. - The accommodation is located on the 7th floor with no elevator, which may be difficult for guests with luggage or mobility issues. - The room was extremely noisy. The vibrations from the passing tram could be felt inside the room, making it difficult to rest. - One of the toilets did not have a sink, which was inconvenient and unhygienic. - The walls were very thin, and conversations and noise from other guests could be heard clearly. - Security cameras were installed in the corridors, but there was no prior notice or information provided about this. - The property could only be contacted through the Booking.com platform. There was no WhatsApp or direct contact option, and responses were very slow. - Basic amenities such as a coffee machine and toaster were not available.
