Apartmán s balkonem u parku & 15 minut do centra

Ubytování se nachází v krásném funkcionalistickém domě. Přístup do domu i do bytu je snadný. Na interiéru je místy patrné, že už nějakou dobu slouží, ale osobně s tím nemám problém. Postele, pohovka i křesla jsou pohodlné a kuchyně dobře vybavená. V komodě jsou i hračky a knížky pro děti, což se dvěma špunty určitě oceníte a pokud je nemáte, nebude vám to nijak překážet. V bytě se nám líbilo a bude-li možnost, rádi jej v budoucnu využijeme znovu.

Okna ložnice vedou na rušnou Kotlářskou ulici, což je dobré vědět, pokud máte lehké spaní. Jiné negativum mě nenapadá.

Spacy apartment, clean, good internet, convenient location, easy communication with the owner.

Expensive parking options (as in whole Brno).

Location was convenient and calm, and close to two different tram stops. Apartment was super spacious, comfortable and well decorated. We stayed a week there and it was very convenient and well provisioned for cooking, washing clothes and even work on my laptop. It had everything we needed and more, and we had an amazing stay. Definitely super recommended!

Very cozy & clean! Although we only stayed pretty much just to sleep, the flat was equipped with all the amenities we would require for daily functioning as well. The owners were also super helpful with everything! The flat is also close to the center and has restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Definitely staying again if possible! :)

Parking may be difficult, but this is a Brno-wide problem (residential parking zones and not enough parking spots)
