DH Family and Whirlpool Premium Apartment 3kk, 2x SmartTV-NETFLIX, Big Terrace and Free Parking

This property is a lovely home with THE MOST comfortable bed ever and a beautiful kid's room enjoyed very much by my daughter. The location is convinient, we had easy commute to Autodrom Brno for MotoGP event, as well as fiew minutes by tram no. 6 to the city center, reachable also by 25 min walk.

The weekest point of this property is low maintenance - it was not cleaned properly at all. Although bathroom, floor, fridge and dishwasher were spotless, the windows have been visibly dirty, the terrace was full of dirty furniture covers tucked behind the flower pots, and basically due to heavy traffic in the street the terrace is dusty and not of much use. The washed and wet bed cover from the master bedroom has been hanging in the kids room :( There was not a drop of a detergent to wash the dishes, nor atleast one tablet for the dishwasher. Last, but not the least, management should pay more attention into the instructions for getting the keys to the apartment. Although we got written as well as video instructions, the keys were not at all in the said place (opposite the reception), but in keybox hanging on the rails of the stairs going to the garage, not visible at all from the hallway. There was no mention of that in the instructions, and if I hadn't mett the neighbour to suggest where to look for, it would be a very stresfull experience. No

Świetna lokalizacja i absolutnie rewelacyjny apartament już na poziomie luksusowego mieszkania. Super taras. Wygodny parking i winda bezpośrednio do korytarza z lokalami. Wygodne godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości.

Dość skomplikowany sposób wejścia i znalezienia kluczy (polecam obejrzeć wideo wcześniej bo można się pogubić). Mieszkania nie mają numerów więc też może być różnie.

Byt je moderní a velmi vkusně zařízený. Pokud máte děti, tak dětský pokojíček je přesně to, co děti potřebují. Knížky, hračky, zajímavě řešené postele. Terasa je veliká, na fotkách to tak vůbec nevypadá, ale je obrovská: stůl se 6 židlemi, houpací křeslo, pohovka a v rohu vířivka. Slunce svítí jen ráno, v létě supr stín.
