Sehr stylische tolle Einrichtung, z.Bsp. die Lichtschalter sind industriellen Schaltern oder Reglern nachempfunden. Sehr komfortables Bett. Top Lage.
Nach Booking.com alle Personalien aufgenommen hat, gehts hier mit System Alfred nochmals los, total mühsam und unnötig, keep things simple. Kein Internet, Frage dazu wurde nach meinem Auschecken beantwortet: Papiere in der Wohnung lesen hiess es, aber da war nichts, ich reise ja nicht zum 1. Mal und habe von selbst in der Wohnung gesucht und nichts gefunden. Wenn man telefoniert wird mit KI geantwortet, jämmerlich! Am Gate, wo man die Codes eingeben musste, standen jedesmal Leute, die nicht rein konnten, weil der Code nicht funktioniert. Man hat das Gefühl das ein Misanthrop Zimmer vermietet, Geld scheffeln ohne mit den Menschen in Kontakt zu kommen...

The unique interior, comfy beds, and facilities.
The floors throughout weren't cleaned, dusty, and dirty, turning your feet gritty and black . There wasn't any mop and bucket, hoover, or dustpan and brush to clean the floor yourself.
We had a grid power electricity power cut for the whole day from 8am until 4pm. The contents of our fridge and freezer went bad, and we had no essential facilities. When communicating with the apartment owners, they replied that the next day and said it wasn't their problem to reimburse our stay for that day and to take it up with the power grid. I found this very unhelpful, and it was as if they wanted to pass it off so that they didn't need to take responsibility, be warned as this can happen a lot in Brno.

Месторасположение, доступность пешком всей центральной части старого города.
В апартаментах было тепло.
Очень удобно что парковка под окнами. Хорошо оборудована кухня. Достаточно удобная кровать. Качественное постельное белье и полотенца.
Слышно соседей, очень тонкая перегородка. Кабина душа мала для среднего сложения человека.
Шум в батареях обогревания. "Поющий" кран в душе.
Неуютность во дворе, ремонт соседнего здания.
Потолочный свет может быть лучше. Недостаточно вешалки для верхней зимней одежды, шкаф маленький.
