Location, clean
Checking in, I was able to check in only because I managed to find somebody to pay deposit with Czech card. Two towels only for 5 days and with ~40°C is not enough. No one to call to ask

The location was really as they described in the middle of Brno which was really good, the beds were comfortable and the couch also. The host responded really quickly to give me the code for the keys and helped me check out a day earlier due to transport. Overall it was indeed a really good fit for me as I travelled here for a small student exchange.
The only thing I would say probably would be that the temperatures were extremely high when I came and the property has just a fan no air-conditioning so I had a bit of trouble sleeping because of it. Also to add there there's no tv which didn't really matter to me personally as I spent my day overall outside 99% of time, oh and there's no big mirror that's the only thing I would say it would be a great addition to add also.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování! Apartmán byl perfektně čistý, moderně zařízený a velmi pohodlný. Oceňuji výbornou komunikaci s personálem, bezproblémové odbavení i skvělou lokalitu. Vše odpovídalo fotografiím a cítil jsem se zde jako doma. Pobyt předčil moje očekávání a určitě se sem rád vrátím.
Nemám co vytknout. Vše bylo na výborné úrovni.

Good location, comfortable bed, spacious, easy check-in.
Honestly, I was let down by the lack of transparency regarding the 100 EUR deposit (it is buried deep in the information and easy to miss, especially if you book from mobile, as I did).
I was travelling for work and staying for just few days - no courtesy tea or coffee nor shampoo kit available at the property, so you'd better arrive prepared. I think this property is more suited for long-term tenancies, rather than short-term stays.
