We really loved this apartment. It is modern, clean, quiet, large and well equipped. It is a 3 minute walk from old town Brno, perfect. It has a really large balcony also. Having AC was great since it was very hot when we were in Brno. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is located in a really nice and luxurious apartment complex. The host was also very friendly and spoke english quite well. We would have liked to take this apartment along with us to our other stops in Czechia.
Nothing. The parking spot is in a car lift and to get there it is a bit tight. I would not like to park with a large SUV, but no issue if you are a bit careful.

The personal was very kind and the welcome was really good organized. We had to talk in English with the personal and the talks and information were very good and clear to understand. The apartment was very well. There is much space and a very good acclimatisation. The apartment is nearly in the middle of the city and there are a lot of things of interest in near radius. One can easily find different restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Spacious, well equipped, clean, comfy apartment, location is excellent. The host was always ready to support and guide us.
A noise of the restaurant in the same building until late night made relaxing evening a challenge (6 days a week).
Temporary factors during our stay: there was a reconstruction going on in the building and a full rebuild of the house right next to the apartment. Emergency helicopters landed every once in a while during night on top of the hospital 100m away.
