- Sehr freundlicher Empfang! - Dog run auf dem Nachbar Grundstück. Gleich nette Menschen kennengelernt. - Altstadt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Nachts ruhig, Lärm von verrückten Auto-Rowdis nicht zu hören - Tiefgarage im Gebäude, Auto war sicher!
- Leider nur eine große Fenstertür, Querlüftung war nicht möglich - Daher bei Hitzeperioden nur bedingt geeignet, da sich das Appartement stark aufheizt. Die Klimaanlage schaft das bei weitem nicht! - Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, nur eine Entlüftung, stört nachts und bringt klimatechnisch nichts

Nejlepší ubytování v Brně!!! Asi po dvou letech jsme měli štěstí a bylo na náš termín volné. Vše naprosto super - lokalita, čistota, vybavení, přístup personálu, prostě vše na 100%

Spacious, well equipped, clean, comfy apartment, location is excellent. The host was always ready to support and guide us.
A noise of the restaurant in the same building until late night made relaxing evening a challenge (6 days a week). Temporary factors during our stay: there was a reconstruction going on in the building and a full rebuild of the house right next to the apartment. Emergency helicopters landed every once in a while during night on top of the hospital 100m away.
